Employees dont know cars very well there. Ive had red shirts argue with me over what year my own vehicle was built(as if I dont know what I drive). Ive also had a manager straight up tell me my bad battery was an alternator problem, that is until I had him test my battery and realize that my battery really had gone bad. These employees seem to want to argue or disagree with whatever the customer says until you prove them wrong. Please watch out when using this store location, you may end up buying something you dont need or the wrong part.

today i went to get a battery exchange since i had a warranty, a Caucasian, green color eyes, named david (am being so descriptive in hopes the manager can read this and know what employee was it) was so disrespectful and said he wouldnt help me un less i paid him $10. i said no you need to help me and he refused.

This place is always under staffed, the employees that are there show no interest in helping you, make no effort to hurry when the store is busy. Go to OReilly right down the road.
