Horrible! Horrible horrible horrible!!! Under the new ownership, this place is scary. Run fast and run far! I took my car because it was running bad and the engine light was on. I paid $350 for repairs and drove my car off the lot with the engine light on and the car running bad. They said that the engine light being on was nothing to worry about. I drove the car to autozone and had the engine light code run, then drove it home. I went to start it and it would no longer start at all. I had it towed to a different mechanic who found duck tape and a garden hose used as a "replacement part" and the actual cause of my problem was a blown fuse: $20 fix. I am out the $350 and now have to pay for the actual replacement parts to be put in instead of a hose and duck tape.

I was in desperate need of new brakes when I went into the shop just about a year ago now. I was greeted by a courteous staff and also great prices. I had the same work on a similar vehicle and it cost me almost 3 times as much for a bad job. Little elm car repair was WONDERFUL, not only did the install new brakes and rotars but when I came back less than a week later ( because against their suggestions I went with HONDA factory replacements) they installed the ones they suggested in the first place. I have never been happier. I really hope that I have same experience again as I will be going to visit them for new brakes on a different vehicle this week.

These guys are awesome! Roy and Jessica are super friendly. My son needed a new engine in his car and they were extremely helpful and quick through the entire process. This is my new mechanic from all of my car needs. They were extremely competitive on their prices and did I mention super fast. I cannot thank you enough for getting our sons car back so quickly. TERRIBLE!!!! Now called Little Elm Auto Repair. This place sold coupons door to door for oil changes and other services but recently they changed owners without notice and refuse to honor those coupons that cost alot of people $60. When I spoke to them they were very defensive and 1 guy even had a crowbar in his hand like he was getting ready to hit me. Not trustworthy.
