Well since I cant leave a zero. here goes. 11-30-2015. I called the place at 6p . they close at 7p. I asked the guy who answered the phone could he still do an oil change. Sure be here by 645. I roll in at 620.p Two so called young women were working in the bay. One after 8 mins after watching me finally came over and said we close at 7p. it was 628. I had my dogs in the back of the truck they go everywhere., she yelled we cant change your oil with those dogs. Funny they have done it at least 12 times in the past few years. They are labs. So then one of the women yells out I will sue the bastard if I get bit. So needless to say with their horrible attitude I chose to leave. I didnt need my new truck leaking oil. People this is why education is so important. This staff was a bad as I have ever seen!! And you see the type they can hire...where do they get these people???. Hell I would not let them change in the oil in a frying pan.

Extremely disappointed. I took my F350 in for an oil change and the attendant asked what type of oil I wanted then told me it would be about a 45 min wait. No problem as I am accustomed to waiting. Well after 45mins they informed me that they did not have the oil I wanted. Cashier said they tried to reach me......well I have been in the store the entire time. I guess they quietly called my name. I find it extremely unprofessional that Walmart did not value my time and at least make an attempt to reach me as soon as they new they could not service my vehicle.

I had 4 different experiences all bad. Very poor service. .....if you get serviced. Never again
