I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with both the repair shop and the dealer. The dealer (Wes) made a deal with me to replace a missing full size spare wheel and tire but dodged me for days and refused to answer when I called unless it was from a number he didnt recognize. After showing up in person without letting him know I was coming, they FINALY got things going which I could have been patient and waited if they werent purposely dodging me. Moving on, a used wheel was bought and sent to precision auto repair for a tire. I was told i would be contacted when it was ready, so 3 days later I drove by to check and got the unpleasant experience of the owner, Mike. Now Mike was an ass at the get go. I was told he needed the tire size so I asked why he didnt call so it would be ready bc Ive been waiting and was told to get the F*#k out of his shop and he wasnt dealing with me. So I called my wife and got the tire size and Mike found a tire and mounted it. Problem is he found a tire worn past the tread wear indicators (not safe) and refused to balance it because its a spare (full size spare). I asked him to find a better tire so it would be safe if I have a blow out on a road trip and was told again to get the F*#k out of his shop and to F*#k off. This man has no patience, is rude, and quick to curse you out when things dont go his way. Lucky for me, I can just get a tire somewhere else, you may not be so lucky if ANY problems occur and you have a disagreement with this man. Dont go here, look around for a better place and save yourself a headache.

Well first of all lets get the story straight mr Raghib. You had called me and mentioned that your car would not start and that you even had not one but two ASE mechanics look at your car and they could not find the problem. Then you decided to give us a call. We went and towed the vehicle for free of charge. When the vehicle came the us most of the dash board was off cables and wires hanging out. Under the hood was the same. This was because of the so called ASE mechanics you got to look at your car. After we determined what the electrical problem was and fixed the problem we put all the other mess back for free. Most places would not even touch a job that another mechanic stated. Yes the bill was $440 not $500 like you stated. Yes your car broke down 2 days later and once again we towed it for free and even lent you a loaner vehicle while we worked on yours. Yes we found that your stater was not any good. And if you ask any mechanic maybe one of those ASE mechanics that looked at your car to begin with and could not find the problem a starter can go out without warning. Also what u forgot to write was that the van we lent you for the night you got it towed from your apt. And we had to go and get it. So please I ask if you are going to write something negative write all the details. Thank you.

Absolutely the best! Took my 2002 Nissan Sentra SE-R to them for an engine replacement; when they discovered that the price for the replacement engine was way over the initial quote, they contacted me immediately. I decided to let them rebuild the engine after verifying the lack of affordable engines - which they had encouraged me to do before making a final decision. Precise Auto was thorough, clean, and professional; the car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. Having them rebuild the engine actually saved me money and was just a couple of extra days. The car has been a delight to drive; quiet energy efficient, terrific pick-up and I could not be happier. I regard Precise Auto as the Perfect Auto Repair! Also, as a female I was encouraged that I was talked to, not at, and was considered knowledgeable and capable in making my own decisions! thanks Mike - keep up the good work!

I called them ahead of time and asked them how much would it be for a 4 wheel alignment on a 96 honda accord, they told me 39.95 for ALL FOUR WHEELS, i specifically asked for all four wheels and not just front end so we were straight on what kind of service i was requesting. My girlfriend goes up there and they put her car on the rack and tell her she needs a camber kit, they can only adjust the toe angle. Ok no problem, but they tell her its 69.95, not what they quoted me. So i called them and argued with the owner for 10 minutes and he swears he told me two wheel alignment even though I specified. They are very greedy here and very rude, they didnt even say hello to my girlfriend, just held his hand out and asked for her keys. This would be the 3rd time i have had a bad experience with this shop and is the final straw. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

I do not advise getting repairs here as well as warn those looking to purchase a car from their sales side! Robbie sold me a 2010 Mini Cooper S saying it was in great shape and it had been inspected thoroughly. Upon driving it home, the engine light came on. Over the next 40 days, over $5,350 worth of damage and and other very obvious and easy to spot issues were discovered. If the car had actually been looked at, anyone could see the missing wheel well, missing sling and burned headlight wires. I had the thermostat replaced twice there and eventually had to bring it elsewhere to be properly installed. Robbie dodged me many times after that before telling me a month later that it wasnt his problem in smug fashion. Bottom line, the are many honest mechanics and dealerships out there. I implore you to find somewhere else.

Im a lady with a father for a mechanic, so Ive never had to worry about my car being in the wrong hands. However, to my dismay, my car started making clicking and popping noises while he was out of town. I found Precise Auto Repair to be the closest location to myself, so I took my car in. They found the problem with my drive axle, found the part, and had my car fixed quickly. They kept me well informed throughout the process which was a blessing! I had never, thankfully, had a bad car repair experience and thanks to the Precise guys I still havent! I had a great experience and highly recommend them!

You go to repair shops other than the dealerships to save a dollar and sometimes you are just better off at the dealership to begin with, I went in for an alignment, go back a week later because my steering wheel started shaking, and now the balance is off so theres an additional service cost because the $65 wasnt enough. What a joke, worst customer service ever by the owner himself. Last time I checked arent they supposed to inspect the vehicle before they perform a service if its going to cause future problems???
