Tried this Kwik Kar today after a friend suggested it because I was complaining about the continuous $300-500 up-charges and super-shady "windshield repair" requests that the Kwik Kar location on Belt Line in Irving kept trying to pull on me with every oil change. I was pleasantly surprised. I drove up and had a spiel all ready in my head to tell the mechanic, "Just an oil change, want to up-charge me--just put a note on my receipt and Ill have my husband do it," but I didnt get a chance to say it. The mechanic to my car in, and I went into the waiting area and the (I assume) owner came over and started chatting with me about my town and the oil change was done in 10 minutes (maybe less)--there wasnt a single "Come out here and take a look at this liquid.... you need a new air filter.... you need your brakes flushed.... etc." This was a MUCH better experience than Ive had at a Kwik Kar since probably 2008. I will definitely come back to this particular location. The people were super friendly, their small waiting area was clean and bright, and there was absolutely no badgering by anyone.

I wanted to write to you to express my complete and overwhelming thank you to you and your staff at Kwik Kar on Esters in Irving. I drove in this morning with a unique problem with my windshield wipers arm assembly. It was raining so I felt very vulnerable driving with one windshield wiper blade working. Tony and staff made me feel extremely important. Tony expressed concern and a genuine demeanor to resolve my issue with my wiper assembly. I worked years in customer service and I can tell you, these guys made me feel like a million bucks. They went above and beyond to make me feel like an important customer. I wanted say because of this I will grant Kwik Kar my loyalty and continual service for my vehicle from now and into the future. Thank you Robert Jesse Dominguez

I have frequently visited the Esters Road store within the past 6+ months and have always been treated with complete respect. I have met Dave and his employees and find them to be knowledgeable and friendly as well. I saw a review that was posted recently where the person was very upset. I also saw that Dave responded with honesty, respect and accepting the blame rather than dodging the issue. Daves operation and personality is top notch. We are all human and occassionally we lose it. I am sure, without doubt, that Dave hates that this happened. I think very highly of Dave and his willingness to say "Im sorry". He has had and will continue to have our business. CCalderon, you should give Kwik on Esters another try. I am sure that you will be glad if you do.

This place is a gem, and Im blessed to have found it! I cant begin to list all of the places, amounts of money, and wasted time, that I spent at other car repair shops. Lets face it, honesty at a car shop is like looking for a needle in a haystack. BUT, I promise you, these guys are honest and passionate about their work. My last car was a challenge (to say the least), and had $$$ signs all over it, but thats NOT how they looked at it.They were understanding and helped me keep it running for as long as possible. I cant thank them enough! There is about 5 guys (I think) in this shop, and each of them takes pride in what they do. They seem to have a great clientele, theyre great guys, and I would recommend them to anyone! -Jess :)

After experiencing a poor result at the Firestone we took our car to Kwik Kar in Irving. What an incredible experience: we were greeted immediately upon entering the facility, we were told by Firestone that we needed brakes and roters which we were shocked by given the age of the vehicle. We appreciated the honesty so much that we have taken a second car to Kwik Kar and will begin taking all 5 of our vehicles to Kwik Kar. All of the work performed was outstanding and fairly priced. We will be back- thats for sure. Bruce

I am not impressed. I took my car today to get inspected. With the new Texas law of going to one sticker, I didnt even need to get my car inspected. Do you think the employees there told me? Of course not! I called and got a half apology but it doesnt change the fact that I wasted $25. Perhaps I should have called the county first so I would have known whether or not I needed to get it done. I guess I depended on honesty from this place of business when I shouldnt have. I will not be going back there.

I was impressed. I took my 4Runner to Kwik Kar for a brake job because I liked their prices and the owners comments to his internet reviews. They inspected my car and said that I only needed new pads (no new rotors or calipers, etc). They also replaced my brakes with those recommended by the manufacturer without trying to up-sell me on "good/better/best" pads (like Just Brakes did for my wifes Odyssey). They offer free wifi and the folks at Kwik Kar were upfront and friendly. I wont hesitate to return.

Horrible service- i walked into the lobby and waited for 15 min, no one even asked if i needed any help. I finally took it upon mself ti walk out into the bay and ask an employee, can someone help me? Ive been waiting for 15 min and no help. So i tell him i need my brakes changed, he says with an attitude, sir! I dont know, it could be today or tomorrow. So i said, you know what, ill just go somewhere else and i proceed to walk off and he says ok. I would never come to Kwik Kar Lube in irving again..

My first visit here. Went for an oil change. I was treated nicely. They accepted my discount coupon that I had, without any problems. They DID NOT try to up-sale. Just did what I told them I came for - an oil change, It is the first time in my life, when I do an oil change to not be asked to fix or replace something else on my car. I was happily surprised. Took less than 10 mins. I will recommend this place to my friends. Thank you gentlemen.

I visited this location to seek assistance with a noise from one wheel. They quickly attended to me, found the issue quickly and although they could not perform the maintenance there were extremely helpful. The issue was a bearing replacement which is a service they do not perform Their accuracy with finding the issue potentially saved me hundreds when I ultimately had the issue resolved at another location. Highly recommended.

Okay work I guess, but not so good customer service. I brought my company fleet vehicle in & they were too lazy to actually call to make it happen. I wouldnt force the issue, preferring to let people I do business with to show their true selves . At any rate, I paid for it out of pocket & they made their $60, but I will never again do business here, not for my company fleet vehicles & not for either of our personal vehicles.
