Synopsis: I really enjoyed the honest, friendly staff, and no pressure atmosphere. Instead of attempting to aggressively up-sell unnecessary items, they worked to save me money, and honestly inquired about any needed maintenance, as I had no records on file with them. The waiting area is very nice, with a very clean restroom and free WiFi. My experience: I dropped my 3 series BMW off with Paul at Christian Brothers late in the day on a Monday, because my steering wheel was making absolutely AWFUL noises any time it was moved, I had a slight *pop* in the suspension near full lock, and my brake light was on and indicating the pads were worn to the minimum thickness. We agreed that they could keep the car, and look at it the next day. On Tuesday Paul called to let me know the brake light was on because the rear sensor had been installed incorrectly, its wiring harness had been rubbing, and the wire finally broke; he let me know that the pads and rotors were fine. He indicated that the steering and suspension noises were due to loose bolts, and that all the noise was gone after they went through and tightened everything up. I wasnt able to pick the car up before they closed Tuesday, so they moved it into the shop that night, as we had very bad weather with large hail coming through. I also had to be out of town Wednesday, and Paul didnt mind me leaving it there another day at all. When I finally picked the car up on Thursday, I was charged the going rate for the new sensor, a half hours labor for installing it, nothing at all for inspecting and tightening up the suspension and steering, and a reasonable rate for the full synthetic oil change I had requested. No attempt to up-sell, other than asking if I needed an oil change since I didnt have a reminder sticker on the windshield, and the car doesnt have a dipstick. With the noises the steering was making, I likely would have had no argument if theyd said the entire steering rack needed to be replaced. This is a very honest shop that does quality work with a very friendly attitude and no pushy sales tactics; the super clean and plush waiting area was just icing on the cake. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. These guys rock.

1. Excellent Customer Service: The first day I walked into this place, I felt at home. The warmth, the smiles I received were genuine! There is peace and quietness to make you want to stay there to be refreshed. I describe this team, not as a first-class team, but as an upper-class team indeed. They all operate with the spirit of excellence. It really doesnt matter who you talk to. They all have the readiness to serve. THEY CARE! I have found another part of my family at Christian Brothers. I will certainly stop by again to say hi. 2. Outstanding Service: The excellence does not stop with Customer Service at 2804 NE Green Oaks Blvd, Christian Brothers Auto Shop. Having one vehicle that needed to be fixed, they asked me if I wanted a ride home, while they are working on my vehicle. The answer was yes. They took me home, and when they finished working on the vehicle, they pick me up from my house to go get it from their shop. WOW!!!!!!!!!! I really appreciate you! Really, this allowed me to take care of business without stress. 4. Finally, I am satisfied with their job! Thats why I strongly recommend anyone to use this Christian Brothers Auto Shop. Seriously!

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. The waiting room is pleasant too! I took my car to the dealership because it was making a terrible noise, and they took an hour and a half to tell me a belt I had replaced only a month before needed to be replaced. I took my car to Christian Brothers, who has changed my oil a few times, and they made time to see me on a very busy day to get the belt replaced. They did not try to charge me for both belts, when only one needed replacement, like the dealership tried. They also found that the screw that kept the belt in place had snapped, which is why the belt ripped, something the dealership had missed entirely! Christian Brothers tracked down the screw, even though it was shortly before closing time, and got everything fixed. The problem was found and fixed in less than two hours, only a few minutes longer than the dealership took to incorrectly identify the problem. It was all for a reasonable price and they did not try to take advantage of a situation that they easily could have. They even made sure to give me the screw and belt I asked for so I could get my money back from the shop that had incorrectly done the work!

I started to have problems with my brakes and decided to get a couple of different quotes. After several quotes, all being around the same price, I decided to take it to Christian Brothers. They said that they could repair it but it may take several hours. When I finally got my car back: the brakes were done, the price was more than they quoted, my steering wheel was greasy, and the inside of my car smelled like oil. Then after a couple of months, my brakes started making a high pitch noise. I took it back to them and they said that they could not get the brakes to make the noise so there is nothing that they can do. After this I found another mechanic and told them about the problem I was having. He told me that they had used cheap parts and it did not look like they had completed all of the work. Since I wanted to make sure that this was accurate, I took it to the dealership and told them that I was having problems with my brakes. They looked at it and told me that I needed to replace my brakes. I explained that they had been replaced 4 months prior and they looked at me in disbelief. So now, I have crappy brakes again. Thank you Christian Brothers!!!

I want to personally thank Jim Cartwright and all of the staff at this location, if not for them I would have be over charged by nearly $1000 by a competitor just down the street. The level of honesty and integrity is beyond any other garage I have ever gone to. The front desk was clean, organized and smelt good. To me that shows how much they really care about their bussiness. Diane and Paul are also a few members of the staff that I noticed who were very professional. I could say much more but I feel I got the main point across! Thank you, youve made me a loyal customer.

I took my 2000 Chevrolet Monte Carlo into Christian Brothers automotive and the waiting room was Spotless! The shuttle service took me home and also picked me up. The convenience of that alone was excellent. I explained how my mother would be driving my car for the next couple months while I was away in college and the concerns i had with my vehicle. Paul listened and told me exactly what I needed. That provided me with alot of comfort. I left knowing that anytime they handle my repairs my mother will also be in safe hands. Thank you Christian brothers Automotive! Bravo!
