I have a 6 years old HP Pavilion Elite, it keep shutting down and reboot. I went to BestBuy, and Geek Squad told me that could be mother board problem, and first assessment fee is 100 dollars. Then I google around for Katy area PC repair shop, The cheapest I was bale to find is 50 dollars to diagnosis. I found AJ Computer Repair located at 12819 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX, which is not too far from Katy. It is located in the cross section of Westheimer and Dairy Ashford, the owner and main technician is Andy. I called him, he said take a initial look for problem is free, and further test the computer is only 15 dollars. In the most circumstance, the labor cost for repair is 39.00 dollars. I brought my old PC box to Andys shop, he is very friend, experienced, skillful technician. He immediately figured out that malfunction of power switch. He repaired my hardware with material cost of $4.50. After repair hardware, he also spent lot of time to backup my all valuable photos and personal data. Then he voluntary help to factory reset my 6 old PC. Before I took the PC to Andy, it may take more than 2 minute to reboot my old PC. Now it is like new machine, boot it up very swiftly. I am so glad I found Andys store. I will definitely recommend him to all my friend for any PC need. Now I wont worry about any PC problem or data loss issue. I know I have a reasonable priced and experienced technician to go. Andy is so competent, when I was waiting for my PC, he repaired a touch-screen for a laptop in short amount of time. Last month AJ computer fixed my laptop. I Had yanked the hard drive connector too hard so a few pins was broken. Came to Aj and he fixed it was $75 including tax. The young gentlemen did a great job he fixed and now i can put a hard drive and let the computer runs. He even use something to clue it so i wont be able to yank it out lol. Great service great job. Please come here i dont know where else can beat this price with a great job done. This month my computer wont start and when i start the laptop it made so much beeping sound. It said the cpu fan was bad so it would over heat and make my hard drive wont work. So i know it was the bad fan and broken keyboard of mine. Today 03/20/2017 at 3pm i came to aj again to get my cpu fan and keyboard replace the two gentlemen only charge me one price($75 tax included) for two jobs done!! Omg now my laptop finally runs like normal because AJ fixed everything i have broken up. Totally worth the price the drive the gas if you need to fix hardware software AJ will get it done for you btw hardware is $69 and software is $39.

My sons gaming PC had trouble with the graphics card. I took it to AJ and in 20 minutes he had confirmed that the graphics card was bad. But that is not the best part. The best part is how much effort he put into the troubleshooting. He downloaded and installed new drivers, ran diagnostics - his fingers were flying on the keyboard. He pulled out the old card and put in another one to further confirm the card was bad. But even that is not the best part. The best part is that when I pulled my credit card out to pay, he just smiled and said, "Dont worry about it." He had told me on the phone that software problems can be as low as $39.00 and I was ready to pay that - it was well worth it to have the peace of mind to know that we needed to buy a new card. But he didnt charge us a thing. I dont guarantee that will happen for everyone, but it sure was a nice New Years gift for us. We ordered a new graphics card and we should be back on line in a day or so. Thanks Andy!!! You ROCK.

This guy is the man!!! Make a long story short, I accidentally wiped my OS from my computer while trying to fix a minor issue with the headphones. Im decent with computer repair as long as were talking about Windows 7, but with Windows 10 I have no idea where to begin. I spent like 5 hours last night searching youtube videos and forums trying to figure out how to even get the computer into safe mode, then eventually just started hitting random buttons with no luck. As soon as this guy turned my computer on, I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. He had the OS back on my computer and it running like brand new in 2 hours flat!!!! Only charged $40. Bring your broke A*$ computer to this man and let him do his thing! Trust me!

Had very great experience with this store. My computer could not hook up printer one day. After calling around to several different repair places I came across AJ Computer Repair. They were the first place to offer advice and try to fix my problems over the phone. That is why I decided to go to the store. Upon arriving, the gentlemen who helped me over the phone took a look at my laptop and helped me with my problem at NO COST, originally thought I was going to have to shell out a few hundred to have it fixed. Extremely satisfied!! AJ Computer Repair, Highly Recommended!!!!!

I removed a computer part to clean it and damaged it reinstalling it. The tech found the problem and painstakingly straightened tiny pins and installed the part. He even wanted to not charge for it, but I insisted. Big box stores charge $150 just to look at your computer and zap a virus. I will buy any supplies, upgrades etc here. Maybe I can get my next computer here,

Great customer service. Great prices. Very customer-oriented. And very conscientious about making sure I understood the issue with my laptop and the cost. The services are a thousand times better than the Geek Squad. They actually provided an alternate software fix for my computer that they would do for free. What how wonderful to think of your customer first.

This is the best computer services ever you can get in Houston. I tried BestBuy and a few other locations. Also, I had my companys IT guy work on the laptop. But here you will get the best quality services. To make my story short, the hard disk was broken and it only took him one or two minutes to figure out. The cost is also very reasonable.

I have known the technician Andy even before he moved to this new location. I always let him to fix my computers. He is very professional and knowledgeable. After I drop off my computer, he will call me just couple hours later and make my computer run like brand new. The price is also very reasonable, only $39 plus tax to fix the problems

Andy is the best of the best. The CD drive on my laptop was jamed so I tried to take the computer apart to extract the CDs. Impossible - but he did it in less than and hour for only $39.
