I was frustrated with their "service". My computer crashed and it was still under warranty. I thought somehow they were the representatives of the Toshiba company. They didnt reassure me. They said they would have to send for a new hard drive if its the problem of the hard drive and it would cost nothing since the warranty was still active. In the end , they held the computer for a week, then made me pay the diagnostic fee for things I had known myself and told me to send it back to Toshiba company, which is going to cost me another thirty dollars. Why didnt they just tell me to call Toshiba in the first place? Why did they waste my time and money?

These guys are great. I got one of those ransom viruses that locked up all of my data files. I thought I had lost everything. The tech was able to remove the virus and save all of my data. I dont know what I would have done had I lost those files. If you are having computer trouble, definitely go to Inland. They are the best!
