I went to AOK with my two Toyotas for the alignment work and have the same problem after few thousand miles with both of my vehicles. Front tires in my Toyotas had worn outside edges just after couple weeks caused by bad alignment adjustment. In order to have more than one opinion I went to NTB, Firestone, Pep boys and Sears and in all of those places was told by specialists that alignment is very bad and thats the only issue what caused my tires damage. When i return to AOK and talk to Esmaeil (Owner) his first reaction was that i suppose to rotate the tires I said that i couldnt since i didnt have enough miles on my vehicles for rotation so then he brought hundreds arguments about bad quality of my tires, under inflation of tires, the way how Im driving my vehicles etc. , he also said that Im the only customer with issues and making complains so late, where I came back with my first Toyota after 8 weeks and second after 14 months I told him that millage is the point not time since its impossible to determinate if alignment is bad without driving the vehicle and his respond to this was that alignment work should be done at least once a year and now he can check it for me for additional fee. IM REALLY UPSET SINCE I LOST 4 TIRES AND LOTS OF TIME BECAUSE OF HIS SCREW-UPS !!!

I have used AOK for more than five years, serving two of my cars plus my wifes Subaru. They have performed everthing from oil changes and inspections to serious engine diagnostic and repair. We have been uniformly satisfied with the service and feel the pricing is reasonable.
