Dont use this shop! These people are shady thieves who dont use good business ethics.... I went in today for an oil change on my 2009 Rav4, which in a vist before theyve only charged me about $35 for. Today, AFTER they had already done the work, the guy at the counter told me in would cost me $60! When I asked why, he said that Toyota is now using a more expensive filter that they just had to use. Before I paid the bill, I called Fred Haas Toyota, the dealer I bought the car from, and asked them if there is any "special filter" I needed. The lady said no. I asked her to quote me the most I would have to pay for an 09 Rav4 oil & filter change, and she said $40. INSTEAD I SHOULDVE GONE TO THE OVERPRICED DEALERSHIP!... When I confronted the guy at the couter, he just shrugged his shoulders and said the dealership is probably just eating the price since theyre able to make a lot of money off new cars sales. Was that an insult to me as a car buyer?? Im never going back there again. Avoid this place at all costs!

I have used this shop twice before and I have had no problems. Their prices were lower than two other shops in the area and the work was done promptly and correctly. I will definitely use them as my primary shop as long as I live within a reasonable distance from them. Granted, not everything is cheaper here, the oil changes are a bit pricey and like most other shops they will try and sell you on things you may not need, and even that only happened once. The first time I went, I had already had a diagnostic run on my car and knew 100% that my electric fan motor was out. When I went to have it replaced, they tried to keep telling me that they should run another diagnostic for $40. I pretty much had to tell the guy that I would leave if he didnt back off that.Again, aside from that I have had nothing but good experiences and will continue to use them until that changes.

This shop lied to me. First they said it was the AC evaporator core But from looking at the invoice it says it was the A/C evaporator temperature sensor a $15 to $20 part. This shop found everyway possible to over charge me with additional unneeded services. This shop charged me in all $312.27 Scam Alert! Buyer Beware!

Great auto shop! Rarely can you get your oil change and tire rotation without being sold other services. The owner runs the shop and he definitely knows cars! Quick and polite service. I will definitely come back here and drop my old mechanic.

This is a small shop that is pretty friendly and prompt with service. I took 3 different vehicles here over the past year and I cant complain about service. The prices werent too bad and the work was great and lasting.

I have been taking my car here for a long time now and they are reasonably priced. For oil change if you can find a coupon, they are a lot cheaper than the others. Good service and honest people
