I have to say I have had the greatest experience with Service First. Nathan was our service advisor and he definitely went above and beyond any of my expectations. Service First normally goes above and beyond, but this time was amazing. I took my vehicle in for a check engine light, and something was wrong with the fuel emissions system. My vehicle ended up being at Service First for about a week, because they couldnt figure out what was going on. They would fix one thing, run the computer diagnostic and another would come up. We had a warranty and Nathan was our front runner in making sure that the warranty covered all the parts and labor needed. On one of the days Nathan even picked me up at work and he himself drove me to Enterprise to get a rental (covered by them) because Service First didnt like me being inconvenienced by not having a vehicle. Once my vehicle was fixed, Nathan followed up with me to make sure that nothing else had come up. Their customer service is amazing and would recommend them over and over again.

I have to thank this shop and your team that worked on our truck this weekend and turning it around so fast. We were one of the cook teams at the Danny Dietz Memorial Cook Off this weekend in Rosenberg. After hauling camper, trailer and BBQ pits our water pump went out on our 2014 Ram 2500 on Friday. I was in a bind and needed truck to haul everything back when done on Sunday. I called the dealer close by but they couldnt even look at truck for 3 days. I called your shop and think it was Cody i talked to. Told them what i had going on and they said get the truck here and we will handle it. Had truck towed all that way for service and your team was able to have truck repaired and then said would deliver my truck to us. That was a shock to me. Never expected that kind of service from a repair shop. They had truck back down to fairgrounds that Saturday afternoon complete. I saw all the great reviews and took my truck in, but must of taking it in on a bad day. Got a tire rotation and oil change from them. They stripped a stud trying to get a lug nut on and did not tell me, noticed it two days later. Took it back to them and they asked if it may have already been like that before. The answer was "No" and do they normally let people drive away with 5 lugs on when there should be 6 and not tell the owner. They did fix it at no cost. As far as the oil change goes, to change the oil, you have to unbolt two of the rear bolts of the skid plate to get to the oil filter...they did not bolt the skid plate back up...fixed it myself. It seems to me that there must be a lot of distractions there, for the technicians, as some do not pay attention to what they are doing and also a lack of communication by some as well. Customers service was courteous, but all around, they need improvement.

Took my car in to deal with an oil issue and a break issue. They had my car for two days. No complaints over the actual work done to the car, but their communication sucks. Of the six calls I recived from them, five were an hour or two hours later then they told me they would be. The sixth one, the one to have me pick up my car, I never got, because I had to call Service First twenty minutes before they closed to see if my car was ready. It was, I went and got my car and asked about the communication issue. The people at the desk were understand why I was upset and had their customer service rep call me that night. Points to them, it was with in the half hour like they said. I explained my situation to the rep and he promised to call me during a three hour window the next day with an explaination. Guess what call I never got?

Milestone checkup on my car and I totally would choose Service First over the dealership! Things were going well until a unique part for my car was needed. They searched high and low and jumped through hoops to find my part. Unfortunately, I needed my car to pick kids up from school and shuttle to cheer practice. They kept me informed every step of the way, picking me up, sitting in the carpool line, dropping cheerleaders off, and back to my house to offer to cut my grass while we waited for the part. So sweet!! Well the part came in and while we waited for it to be installed, they ran next door to grab dinner for my hungry cheerleader! They truly are SERVICE FIRST!! Thank you! I will be back in a few weeks to have my brakes replaced! Thank you Nathan and Adam!!!

Today was my first time here with my mini cooper. From the time I drove up in the rain and ask where do I park. The mechanic (Gabriel ) actually took care of me. Walked me. Offered me Starbucks coffee. Later sat down with me and explained different oils and additives. Great time. They actually have iPads for people to use. Good beetles music playing and comfortable chairs. A lady who was finished with her service. A guy walked her out with a umberella. I am so WOW about this business. I will now bring my other car here for service too. Honest, kind people.

I got an oil change here about 3 months ago, came back here and wow the Customer service here is so welcoming! That alone will make me keep coming here!! I just felt the need to let people know of the great service I got here! My car takes full synthetic oil which usually cost around 80 bucks I got it done here for like $39 thats very affordable and saved me money. Everyone here is always so kind and the staff was very professional and they know what theyre doing I highly recommend this place. Im a returning customer and service is still superb! Thanks Service First!!!

I had a bad experience getting my oil changed at this Service First location...BUT they recognized the problem and made it right. Excellent responsiveness and customer care. Would recommend and I will be returning. Long story short, I waited for 2 hours with my 3 year old to get oil changed on my foreign model car. They incorrectly informed me they had all parts but did not. The wait wasnt fun but the service was given completely free and when the part was in (later the same day) they came to my house, picked up my car, changed filter, and returned. Wow.

Originally went in to get my a/c checked. Called multiple places for quotes and this was the one of the cheapest. The price plus the reviews made me decide go here. Staff was super nice, they fixed my a/c problem on top of some general maintenance that I needed. Came in for a 2nd visit (had to wait for parts to get delivered) and same great experience. Recommended this place to my brother (who use to go to a place closer to us) and after he came back he only had good things to say to.
