After taking my 1999 Subaru Forester to a nearby shop to have the A/C pressure tested as it was not blowing as cold as it once had, I was given a quote of around $1200 (probably more than my car is worth) to essentially replace the majority of the A/C system. On top of that, the other shop dumped what remaining Freon my system had while they were testing it, so the compressor wouldnt even kick on any more. They also lost the service port caps while they were at it. I literally drove from that shop to Quality Auto Center after calling my wife and having her look on Angies List for someone nearby with good reviews, and I was very impressed with their service. Daniel took a quick look at what the other shop had done, and immediately spotted a leak. I left the car with them as they were about to shut and by noon the next work day they had the work finished. Not only did they repair the pinhole in the line, but they wrapped the line in a foam sleeve to stop it from rubbing where the hole was created. They charged the system up and its blowing colder than it ever has since Ive had the car. Mike and Daniel were both very helpful, professional and up-front about the repair work needed. I will absolutely take both my cars here for any future work.

I took my car and truck to Quality Auto Center off of Kuykendahl, and was very surprised with the service!! I’m a skeptic when it comes to auto repair places because I can never seem to know if the work I’m paying for is the work that’s really being done, but that was until I went to Quality Auto Center! At Quality Auto Center I KNEW that I was getting what I paid for. The Owner and he’s son were GREAT!! I didn’t just sit in the waiting room counting the clock hoping that the work was being done to my satisfaction; instead the Owner Mr. Michael Musto and his son Donato were SHOWING me what was wrong with my truck and SHOWED me the new parts before they were installed, and they EVEN asked if I wanted the old parts back!! I watched as my car was getting an oil change I saw the Oil being flushed, the filter was changed, the new oil being added, AND they checked my filters, tires, and looked at my hoses and belts (that was nice!) IF YOU NEED AUTO SERVICE CALL THIS PLACE. YOU’LL GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR!! THEY WERE GREAT TO ME!!

I finally found a good honest mechanic, after being dissapointed with other shops and being over charged, Quality auto center will be my new place for my truck. How I found them I had googled using the key phrase good mechanic. I found the shop to be clean and the mechanics very professional and the best part was the price and work was very reasonable for my budget. I went to the "other" mechanic shop that has the 200+ google reviews and I was dissapointed with their service and trying to overcharge me . Please shop around and try Quality you will agree with me their name really fits them.

I came in for a normal oil change and servicing, and I also had specific concerns about my brakes and tires. After working on my car I was given detailed information about the condition of my brakes and tires with recommendations on what the best course of action was for replacement and repair. Unfortunately after about 1500 miles of driving I had my oil light come on, I took it into a different shop only to find out that the wrong size of oil filtered had been been used in my car.

Showed up at 530 to get an oil change. They close at 6 and had only one vehicle being worked on. I asked them if I csn get some service done. He said depends. What ya need? and I told him an oil change. He said tomorrow. For someone that works 7 days most of the time a week, its difficult to get in before 5. Ill be making the drive to Tomball to have people that want to give good service and earn my business. This is terrible customer service and Im sure it will catch uo with them.

I have been going to Quality Auto Care for years and they are great! Mike is a very honest and good mechanic. His prices are reasonable and he does quality work. He is also very good at explaining what repairs are urgent and which can be out off. He does everything for our two cars from oil changes and inspections, to major work. He is by far the best mechanic we have found in north Houston.

Ive used this place twice and their service has always been reasonably priced and high quality. Also, thier ability to very quickly determine the problem and let me know how much it will cost to fix it is excellent (not like other places that want to charge you to run a full diagnostic and then try to convince you to pay to fix things that arent broken). Highly recommend this shop.

My grandfather went to this shop first by recommendation from a good friend who always used them. So when he gave his recommendation I wasnt hesitant to give them a shot after being fed nothing but garbage from multiple other shops. Excellent service and have been going now for going on 3 years.

Brought the car in for a diagnostic and question on Saturday a bit after noon. Problem was diagnosed quickly and repaired within about 90 mins at a very good price. Very satisfied. I inquired about another minor problem and the lead guy advised me to leave well enough alone.

Brought my car to Quality Auto Center for an oil change and 60000 mile service. Mike & Donato had all the proper info for me and no surprises when they finished. I will be coming back and have all ready sent my neighbor there. 5 STAR SERVICE
