This shop is the best! Hands down. I have brought my vehicle here multiple times. Good work is not cheap - if something is broken on your out-of-warranty vehicle and it needs fixing, and you cant do it yourself, then you are going to have to pay someone to do it for you. In that case I would recommend Ray Blackburns. Theyll do a great job at an honest price. What they wont do (which I have run into at other places) is come up with all kinds of other things that suddenly need fixing and nickel and dime you to death. They fix it, they fix it right, they fix it on time, and there wont be any surprises on the bill. You cant beat that.

I have been taking my cars (and grandkids cars) to Blackburns repair shop for many many years! They are without a doubt the most honest group of people I have ever dealt with. I appreciate the fact that they dont take advantage of any situations that might arise with the fixing of a car and I have never felt like they didnt value my patronage no matter how big or small the repair. Its really helpful to know that I have someone on which to rely when car problems arise! I would recommend their auto service to anyone looking for a honest job to be done.

My family and I have been taking our cars here since the mid 90s. Weve had zero complaints for all that time. The staff is knowledgeable, fair, and honest. All the work theyve done for us has been great, and my car has always been ready promptly. They were great about finding a more affordable, used engine for my dad. Last time I went in was right before Thanksgiving. They made an extra effort to get the parts I needed and get me back on the road in time to visit family.

Well lit. Easily accessible location. Fast service. I Took my 2000 Buick here twice. Both times I left extremely satisfied. I moved from Michigan and was looking for a trustworthy shop. Both times I dropped my car off at night and put my keys in the drop box. Both times they called in the afternoon and said its ready. Car drives like a Buick again. First time was ac, second was motor mounts and sway bar links. Great service at fair price.

Blackburn mechanics and owners are the most honest, ethical and trustworthy I have ever had since moving to Houston 15 years ago. Their charges are fair and honest. Blackkburns will report issues if they are present; they wont make them up. I wish I had gone to Blackburns from the time I moved here. Dont go any where else, only go to Blackburns. You will be very pleased and can know that you have gone to honest mechanics.

Hands down the best mechanics Ive ever gone to! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and rather affordable compared to the chain mechanics (Firestone, Goodyear, etc.)! I was able to bring in my own downstream O2 sensor and they had no problem replacing it in my car. I will definitely be taking my car here from now on!

This place has been around for at least 20 years in the same location. Great service, honest people, and fair prices. They usually get the work done for me on the same day. I have my work van services here, so I drop it off on Friday and need it back by Sunday. And they have always come through.
