Being a "car guy" and a "wrench", I do all my own work. My vehicles are special to me, and I take special care of them. Whenever I need a repair Im not capable of, which although rare, does happen, I always do the same thing............I SHOP the SHOPS!! NOT in the front door, but in the shop door. Looking into a shop tells me all I pretty much need to know to make my decision on whether to allow them to touch my ride. The way it is maintained, the shape it is in, their equipment and how they take care of it. How the "wrenchs" look........the whole picture...........where it counts, IN THE SHOP. I have a well trained eye, lol. So, my transmission in my work truck had seen better days. I am not capable of rebuilding an automobile transmission, so I went "shopping" I will save you the horror stories and negative reviews..........achieves nothing. I WILL tell you that of 5 shops visited, THIS ONE, is THE ONLY shop I would even consider touching my truck! The shop was about perfect, you know, for a tranny shop. Absolutely clean, absolute order to everything in there, much attention to the work, and keeping the vehicles they work on from any damage. Shop had plenty of "work space" around each bay, techs appeared happy to be there and friendly. The man who assembles the trannys, on his nice big ordered work desk, had been at it about 8 hours when I arrived. He was still CLEAN!! watched him for a bit.......YUP, GOOD, NOT lazy.............lol..........After talking to the owner and manager, I decided to have the repair done. Offered free road test, and drop of pan to access my problems. It was done ASAP, and honestly. I left the truck overnight, was called and told what needed to be done..............told them "fix it" . Picked up truck, price VERY VERY FAIR(excellent for quality of work performed) and got lifetime warranty..............if i bring it in every 12K for a fluid change and checkup. I will! Halfway home I turned around and went back to the shop. The truck drove as well as it did when new, the work preformed was spot on! Shifts were PERFECT, would hold any gear with gas on heavy just as it should, and I was honestly shocked how well it behaved. I had to tell them thank you for a good good, a good price and best of all a GOOD EXPERIENCE! I will gladly recommend this shop to anyone who asked me. I came to find Brothers Transmission online after I had a bad experience at Express Transmission. The mechanic at Express told me that my transmission was out of fluid and that it would cost $900 just to take it apart and rebuild the transmission. I felt like I was getting ripped off since my partner had just checked the fluid and it was full. So I left feeling lost and panicked because as a single mom, that was more than I could afford. I decided to leave and do some research online for other garages and came upon Brothers Transmission. I decided after reading their wonderful reviews, to call the shop and spoke with David who immediately put me at ease. As soon as I brought my car into the shop I was met with welcoming smiles and such wonderful customer service. The gentlemen at Brothers got to my car right away and quoted me a price for the repair 3xs less than Express Transmission! Scott and David went above and beyond in giving me a price I could afford. As a mom, safety is everything and I believe Scott when he says that the car was unsafe to drive. These gentlemen not only care about the cars they work on, but also the people they carry. I HIGHLY recommend their services and am so grateful Ive found a repair shop that I can trust!

Bought a used Honda Accord that had some serious transmission problems. After many frustrations with visiting and consulting with several other repair shops, by Gods grace, I ended up calling Scott at Brothers/Patriot Pride Transmissions & Auto Repair. From the start, I was impressed by Scotts candor and technical knowledge in addition to his kind offer for a free diagnostic on my vehicle. After the diagnostic, I was also extremely impressed and grateful for their quote for repair which turned out to be the lowest rate in town and also included a lifetime warranty on the new transmission they installed. Ever since the repair, my Accord has been running like new!

My husband transmission went out on his work truck and we were in desperate need of a transmission shop. So I decided to google one and I ran into Brothers Transmission. After reading good reviews I called and spoke to Scott, I was amazed by his knowledge and his customer service skills. I had a pleasure working and meeting with David and Scott at Brothers Transmission. They rebuilt transmission of my wifes minivan and it now runs great. I was especially impressed with the hospitality I received and repairs were done within given time frame. They periodically updated me what needed to be done on the car and also showed me parts required on the van. Overall I am very satisfied with the work they did, and I highly recommend taking your vehicle to them before you go anywhere else because I know for fact that they will save your money and time. Thank you David for all you have done for my family, and myself. The transmission in my ford escape is still working good and I have been able to go back 4 times to Louisiana to see my family. I just went this past weekend. Every time I come to your shop, "Brothers Transmission" its almost like going back in time when people just treated everyone with respect and love, and when someone told you something we didnt have to question it. Amazing service and customer service, I threw away all my mechanic business cards as this was the best mechanic experience ive ever had. Free towing, will pick you up from your job or house so you will not have to worry about extra transportation for picking up your car. Car runs better than expected. Cant speak on how much I appreciate and respect their customer service, honestly and friendliness.

Dont trust these clowns. They dont honor warranty you buy by not repair transmission. I had to replace mine then I bought a warranty, and took it there 4 times in month trying to get them to repair original problem.
