The customer service needs a lot of work at this place. I bought the Auto Super Saver card (3 oil changes for $33) and Ive regretted it ever since. The card instructs the customer to call and make a reservation. However, whenever I call to make a reservation, I can never get them to work with me. At this location, I called a day ahead of time to make a reservation and the manager tells me I have to call the day of to make a reservation. When I call back the same day, he says to come in at 1:30pm. I needed a later time and he informs me that the guy comes in at 1:30 and thats only time hes willing to schedule. Ill have to call back later in the day to reserve a later time. That will make the third call I have to make just to use my pre-paid oil change. The is the second separate occasion Ive tried to reserve. Boy do I feel suckered.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I purchased a voucher for 3 oil changes and tried to make an appointment and they refused to help or apologize or show any kind of desire to keep my business after I drove an hour to get there for what I thought was a scheduled appointment. The guy behind the counter actually used the excuse that it wasnt his problem and he was tired of doing oil changes and I should talk to his dad who owns the place. I will never go back and demanded a refund!

I have taken my car to this place for AC work.After they replaced the condenser my AC was never the same again...claimed the compressor all of a sudden may be failing...Evacuated the system somewhere else and replaced the dryer...voila-problem solved.I recently had to drain coolant and remove the radiator fans only to discover the fins of a otherwise relatively new radiator were smashed.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.......THE MECHANICS HERE ARE V RUDE...... I HATED COMING HERE... MY CAR NEEDED A BASIC ENGINE FLUSH AND THEY CHARGED ME MORE THAN $800.00 TOTAL RIP OFF !!!!! THE OWNER MANAGER NAME IS JOHN WHO SITS WITH HIS FATHER FOR SYMPHOTHY REASONS......V SMOOTH TALKER......
