Took my car in for an $15.99 oil change on a Saturday and discovered a leak on Monday. I called and said I would bring it back for them to fix, they said ok. Then the manager called me back and said he would send a mechanic to my work to fix it to make sure my car isnt damaged. He came, yes there was a leak, down a quart. He said my drain plug gasket was cracked. I brought it back that same day after work and the manager wasnt there but told the employee to charge me $30 for the repair. I get that they have to drain the oil to fix the gasket, but to charge me another $15 oil change plus another $15 for a plastic gasket, that they probably broke to begin with and didnt bother to check their work to make sure there wasnt a leak! In the end, I paid $20 just to get out of there. I will not be going back!

Well Guys I went to Auto Care Unlimited this (2013) year based on your review response, with a diagnosis sheet in my hand from Auto Zone, and I did not receive the same service you all did!! Unfortunately I felt like a female that had been intentionally womanized due to my inability to know much about my families truck. As a result Isadore diagnosed my car twice before I set out to travel down the highway to Dallas with my children to see my family during the Easter weekend. Halfway there my car started doing the same thing it was doing before I brought it to Isadore only to bring in to Cheverolet in Dallas to find out that Isadore had done nothing with the original reason I brought the truck to him!!!! Isadore comment "He is not 100% liable"

Went to Louetta location yesterday (May 4th, 2011) very impressed with the honesty of the Mng. and his help. Could have taken me for the big ride, instead told me it looks like diagnosis I received elswhere was incorrect. I did not need the major repair I thought.. Thank you for the refreshing honesty, it is hard to find now days... Very long drive for me but I will make the trip.. Gene M.

My experince at Auto Care Unlimited (Louetta Rd. location) was excellent! My cars diagnosis and repair were both completed in the same day! I dropped my car off to them around 11am the other morning and had it back at 4pm! They were extremley honest with me about what should be done right away and what could wait. Ill definitly be returning to them for my future needs!

Usually a good experience but this lady time I went fir am oil change the service tech said "you have 2% pad left on your drivers side front, itll last less than a week" I change my own brakes so no big deal, I looked this past weekend and the pads are still brand new dont think Ill be going back with that kind of lying/scare mongering.

As soon as a walked in there, I was treated immediately I did not have to wait. They helped me get my oil change and even made some suggestions about how I should go about fixing other minor problems. In my personal opinion I was treated as the most important customer there.

The Louetta branch is rather bad . But We switched to the south shop ( briar forest branch ) , which was a VERY different experience . I have only good words to say about the dedicated , fast , efficient fair treatment . I strongly recommend the south shop .

Brought car in a few times, early on was ok, lately quality of work is questionable. Last time had a vacuum leak, they claimed they smoke tested, replaced pcv for 300. Same problem came back 2 days later, finally tracked down to two split hoses myself.
