DO NOT GO HERE! EVER! After recognizing that my 02 Mustang needed the throwout bearing on the clutch replaced (I knew this, not something they told me) I took it here to have them replace it for me as i didnt have the time. When dropping it off, I specifically told the management that I only wanted the bearing replaced, nothing else. A few hours later I get a call back asking to replace the whole clutch system (slip plates, seals, etc.) and once again I have to firmly tell them that I want nothing but the bearing replaced. Disgruntled, the manager says "Fine" and hangs up the phone. Get called to pick up the car at the end of the day and wait in the office for it to be pulled up. After several minutes of waiting I walk out back to see what the hold up is and they are jump starting the car!! I ask why there would even be a battery problem and was told " I dont know I didnt work on it." Fine, I drive the car two miles home and park it. Two days later without the car being touched it will not start again. I returned the car to the shop for them to correct the problem that they created and to fix it free of charge. After them "investigating" for several hours they told me that the battery must have went dead and they could offer me a new one for $160. Can you believe that?! I drop the car off to get one thing fixed and they return it to me with something else broken expecting me to pay!! Driving the car almost daily and having a great deal of mechanical and automotive experience, I knew that the battery cell did not go bad in the time I drove it to the shop (perfectly fine) and the few hours they worked on it. After a couple days of arguing with the management over the phone, I stated that this is not how business is done. A customer should not drop off a vehicle to have it returned, dead in the parking lot for that matter, with something else wrong. The management denied and argued and simply told me " Were not going to play into your little game." I refused to spend another penny there and picked up the car, unrepaired and took care of it on my own. The best part is after replacement of the battery and further investigation of my records, the battery that was put into my Mustang was not the one I previously had purchased on record! Worst business I have ever experienced in my life. Took days for me to calm down about the situation. Not only was I scammed but the way the management conducts business and treats customers is appalling.

I was very pleased with the service I received when I went took my Nissan Murano for to be inspected @ Louetta Automative On Cypress. The staff was very courtesy & professional... The greeting was warm and sincere. They were also Supporting NAMs a nonprofit organization gathering Back packs & tennis shoes for school children. They accepted my backpack and in less than 15 minutes my inspection was completed with a smile @ no cost accept a small donation... I was on my way! To seal that wonderful service I received a beautiful thank you card in the mail days afterwards with a $20 discount card on my next service at Louetta Automotive..Now thats " A Customers Experience" great service thank each of you!!! I will be setting an appointment soon for my oil change!!! :-) And I have referred others!!!! Colleen

We have 4 vehicles and Rick has always helped us out at this location. He has always been helpful in explaining the details of the problem with the car, telling me what has to be done and what does not have to be done to get back on the road, and some items have been done without charge. They are always professional and understanding when I am unable to pay for some items which are just extras and not necessary to get back on the road. Not pushy at all, but informative and detailed in their recommendations. I like that I can drop off the vehicle and they immediately have someone to drive me home so I do not have to wait until repairs are completed so it is not a day wasted. I will continue to do business with them and recommend them to friends.

I would not waste your time at Louetta Automotive, realize they are more expensive than the franchise store. I had them look at my 4runner for a noise in the rear end, they quoted me 2k to repair, i paid it... Still made the same noise, had the manager ride with me and he was acted like he did not hear it... Other shops noticed and told me they could have replace the whole thing for that cost.. I ended selling the car and the buyer notice, when it was all said and done, i gave them $2100... The only reason i gave them a 1 star rating was because the shop was very nice and clean, but if you price quote them you will find the toyota dealership is cheaper, dont waste your time....

I really appreciated Josh and Nick working with me as my car wouldnt start and the fix was expensive. When I told them I was planning on getting rid of the car soon and didnt want to put a lot of money into it, they really worked with me to get me a reduced price. On top of that, when they realized the job had been misquoted, rather than just charging me for the extra part they paid the difference as it was their mistake and got my car running again at a reasonable price. I know that I can trust Louetta Automotive to work with me and do the right thing.

Took my vehicle up there for AC work. I was Charged almost 2000.00 to replace rear evaporator core, belt, and a few odds and ends. After a few weeks it blows hot, so I take it back in and the compressor is locked up, itll be 2000.00 more. I take it to get a second opinion and the compressor has water in it, because it was not properly flushed and it caused it to lock up. Its hard to prove, but I dont think its a coincidence that the compressor locked up, since the older lady doesnt drive the vehicle that much anyway so the water just sat in it.

Needed to have a complicated situation diagnosed where my check engine light came on intermittently and threw multiple codes *along with the host of other issues with the car*. Checked it out for no charge and told me exactly what the issue was. Rather than insist I replace my cars computer they recommended I bring it to the dealer to get specialized testing done to make sure it is worth investing in a new computer. They were honest, and quickly diagnosed my issue and I would recommend them to anyone!

I had a great experience at Louetta Automotive. They worked with my warranty company so I didnt have to deal with any of the stress. They had a shuttle service take me home and pick me up and they kept me informed. They let me know I had two tires that needed replaced but to save me money referred me to discount tire. They even saw when I pulled up and turned my car on and had the air running so it wasnt hot. Thank you Louetta Automotive for the best experience I have had when it comes to auto repairs.
