Integrity auto has absolutely no integrity anywhere but in their name. I took my vehicle to their shop for a simple AC refrigerant charge. They told me that the job couldnt be done until my system was completely drained of any moisture which they call "evac." They said this was necessary because my system was totally out of refrigerant. I know that when your system is completely out of refrigerant this should be performed however, I knew that something was fishy since my compressor still kicked in. An AC compressor will not kick in if the system is out of freon. At first the quoted price for a simple AC service plus refrigerant was around $60 but then they tried to pull that whole "evac" spill on me which I noticed they pitch to everybody so the price went up to $285! I am not like the rest of the naive and clueless customers that visit that shop (sorry but most of their customers know nothing about cars) so I said no thanks and went to Upland Automotive down the road for a second opinion. The guys over at Upland called me over while servicing my vehicle. They showed the gauges reading that my system was 95% full of refrigerant and that I did not need the refrigerant charge. He then went on to explain what might make my system feel like it needed refrigerant and proceeded to show me a quick fix, handed me my keys and told me that since there was no real problem I had no bill. That is what you call integrity and honesty! I saved myself almost $300. Those people over at integrity are crooks. Save yourself the time and save some money by going somewhere else! Fraud is just theft with a smiling face.

INTEGRITY AUTO CARE DOES NOT KNOW THE MEANING OF THE WORD "INTEGRITY !!!!" These people are Lying Crooks!!! My brother-in- law took his car to them because the oil warning light was intermittent. They told him that the engine was leaking oil around the timing belt and it was going to cost around 1400 dollars to fix it. My brother-in-law called me for my opinion. I have quite a bit of automotive experience and know about cars and the tricks that repairman play when someone goes to a mechanic and obviously knows little about cars. They thought they had a quick 1400 dollars to help pay for Christmas, since this was just a few days before Christmas of 2015. I told my brother in law to look and see if the engine had oil leaking from it. The engine appeared dry and clean. There were no oil spots on the pavement where he normally parks the car. I told him to take the car to another shop for an opinion. They said that the engine was clean and no leaks were visible. They suggested that he replace the Oil Pressure Sending Unit. That fixed the problem and cost him 75 dollars. Integrity had already charged him 100 dollars to diagnose the imaginary problem. They said they needed to put dye into the oil to isolate a leak that did not exist in the first place. Protect Your Wallet and stay away from this place! They will Rip You Off!!! They should be featured in the next episode of "AMERICAN GREED!!!" They dont even deserve one star but I had go give one star to post this.

Horrible. Took my car in for a noise. They totally misdiagnosed it as the differential when the noise was actually coming from the transmission. When they decided I needed to completely overhaul my rear end and could not even find the parts for my car I decided to take it elsewhere. The labor alone was more than a well-known local differential specialist would charge. When it came to the bill, I was told I would be charged for the inspection, the fluid and the gasket, which I was fine with. Upon picking up the car, they charged me an extra $70 in labor just to seal up the differential, which I was never told about. I even spoke with the owner who told me it would be the inspection charge plus the cost of parts and that was it. I also asked that they use a cheaper fluid, but they decided to go with a $25/bottle fluid and also charge me for 3 bottles when my differential holds less than 2. They did refund me one bottle when I brought it to their attention. On top of all this, I had to run them down to get a quote. They were also supposed to send me pictures of the differential as I was unable to go look at it in person. It was actually their suggestion to send pictures and I had to ask multiple times and never received any. Joe, the manager, is a nice guy, but it seems like they need to slow down a little and get organized.

My first visit there was a tire alignment. I was very impressed with the service I received. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I started experiences problems with a delayed start with my vehicle, I didnt think twice about taking my car back there. They performed a diagnostic test on the car to identify the problem. I was given a list of things that would fix the delayed start. I allowed them to do the work. I picked the car the next day. Within a day I was experiencing the same problem. I brought the car back to them - they told me theyd have to keep it overnight to figure out the problem. The next day after waiting for hours to hear from them I had to call to get a status update on my car. They told me they hadnt been able to identify the problem. (They had the car all morning.) Til this day, Im still having that same problem that I brought the car to them for. Im out of a lot of money and my car still isnt working as it should. I normally dont take time to write bad reviews but this is the kind of report Id want to read if I were looking for an auto mechanic. If you need basic service, theyre fine, but for anything major, take your car somewhere else.

I usually dread getting anything done on my car, even basic oil changes, because too many times I feel pressured to upgrade this or add on that... The people at Integrity Car Care are wonderful. They are upfront about pricing and what theyre going to do, and they never put pressure on you so they can make some extra money. I drive an old car thats needed a solid bit of work over the past year, and theyve been so helpful and respectful throughout everything. I recently moved to the other side of Houston, but theyre worth the trip. I really cant recommend them strongly enough.

I was very happy with my experience with Integrity. I am a recent widow and my husband always took care of the cars. I did not know where to start when a light came on in my car to indicate there was something wrong. I took it to the closest shop and it was Integrity. I was treated with the most respect and was able to fix my car that day. I checked with my brother and he said the charge was about right. I will return to Integrity in the future with any car problems. I would highly recommend them.
