An automobile repair shop with both integrity and great quality of service! Two key things I want to share about my experience: 1. I called and asked for a service estimate -- they provided me a straight forward estimate (w/some caveats "if this is really what it needs --- or all it needs..."). 2. they did NOT perform unnecessary work though they could have easily done so w/out my being any the wiser. My vehicle was having problems starting -- I thought I needed a new starter. They required an electrical system test to determine the true cause of my problem ($49.95). Their tests (they ran it multiple times) did not reveal any problems w/my electrical system. So, not only did they NOT replace my starter they also refused to take my money for the system test they ran. This experience was a stark contrast w/the experience I and my wife both had w/another series of auto repair shops in this area. Thank you to the entire crew at Christian Brothers -- from the ownership setting and fulfilling a clear vision, through to the mechanics, and front office -- all levels in in the organization has to be involved to deliver quality service with integrity.

No one likes getting car repairs - I know it, you know it, Christian Brothers knows that. But Christian Brothers also takes great care to make the experience the least painful it can, even if it is at their cost. Their customer service is second to none and they take heart their duty to treat everyone as their neighbor. I had a coupon so I didnt shop around for estimates, but frankly I dont think I will.Their first-rate service has made me a loyal customer. These are just some of the positives I experienced in my recent visit: - Text messages giving me updates on my car status - Asking me if I wanted my oil changed since it was overdue. When I told them Id do it later, they went ahead and changed it anyway at no charge - Washed and vacuumed my car! - They remembered that I needed my state inspection and gave me a courtesy call a few days later to remind me they were closed on the weekends, and offered to do it right before they closed that night. - When I brought it in they took care of the inspection at no charge!

Fives stars and a couple dozen reviews? Very impressive for any business. Long story short, I bought my own oxygen sensors and had a mechanic friend try to install them. My current ones were so rusted he didnt want to risk anything being broken, so I needed to have a shop do it. Unfortunately, after calling a few shops, all of them strictly refused to install customer supplied parts. Im not suggesting Christian Brothers will always be able to do this, but they are the only ones who at least offered to see what they could do (it helped that I got the OEM parts). Thats true customer service. In the end they replaced the parts and even re-threaded the rusted sensor socket. They also supplied a complimentary car wash and stayed a little late to make sure I had a car to drive home. Overall, it was an excellent yet pricey visit, but still hundreds less than the dealership quote. I thank Rommel, Jerry and any other mechanics involved for all the information and personal care.

I have read reviews of this specific shop routinely receiving the highest ratings in The Woodlands. When my regular oil change location closed, I decided to finally give them a try. They have free WiFi, good coffee, comfortable seating, and friendly, knowledgeable employees. My inspection was done faster than promised. One poor customers car had a cracked head, and I could tell by the way the gentleman on the phone was explaining it, he didnt really understand how serious that was, nor his options. The man on the phone walked through it very carefully, even discussing sending boroscope pictures from inside the cylinder to explain what was going on. He also walked him through smart things to do at the same time like plugs, water pump and timing belt, that would have a hefty labor charge if done independently. I have 5 vehicles including a highly customized one. After all these years, I think Ive found a shop I trust. Ill be back.

I recently used Christian Brothers twice for repairs to my Lexus. About 2 months ago I had them complete an oil change. While they had it I asked them to look for anything about to break since it was 11 years old. This opened the door for them to tell me I needed lots of repairs, but they did not. They told me nothing was wrong with my car and I had a great vehicle. I paid for the oil change and left a happy customer. Last week I brought the car back to them because the air conditioner quit working. They identified the problem, ordered the part and had it working great. Christian Brothers is the best and reasonable cost. I used them in Tennessee with a great experience and they have continued to exceed my expectations with great quality mechanics and a wonderful professional staff. They have my trust to always do the right thing, which is rare sometimes.

Christian Brothers – Magnolia provides exceptional customer service with honesty and integrity. Highly professional and extremely courteous staff – something that is harder and harder to find these days from a service-oriented business – did not try to upsell, as many automotive repair shops will do. They explained in detail the cause of my “check engine” light and was honest enough to explain the real “need” of any recommended service, allowing me to make an intelligent, informed, and non-pressured decision. They do provide free shuttle service to/from but I decided to wait for the diagnosis. The clean, friendly, and warm waiting room atmosphere and complimentary k-cup coffee was icing on the cake. The City of Magnolia always brings out the best in business, Christian Brothers – Magnolia makes it easier.

A quote from my wife..."Those are some of the nicest guys. Now I understand why you like them so much." I have been using this CB for about 4 years. They have quick, friendly and honest service. I do not feel like they are trying to get me to fix everything. From what I have seen, observed and experienced: they are organized (schedule your appointments and return cars on time), customers service focused (they are polite and respect you from the moment you walk in) and do quality work the first time (I have not had to return a car to get something fixed again, or get something fixed they have broken). My biggest challenge in writing a review is keeping it short! Let me begin by saying that I love my truck! She has 131k miles and has lived in 7 different states. Needless to say, I anguish every time I move at finding a good mechanic. Since moving to Texas I have been to two different mechanics who failed to find or correctly repair my truck. I put out a desperate plea to friends in the area and was recommended Christian Brothers Automotive. There are not enough superlatives! Their honesty, integrity, respect, thoroughness, hospitality (their "waiting" room is more like sitting in the living room of a friend), and genuine caring were beyond my expectations. I will look no further for excellence! Texas just may be my last move ;)
