This shop returned my car damaged and not fully repaired. They held my car hostage for a week because they didnthe get the extra amount of money from insurance that they wanted. A pair of $90 sunglasses magically went missing from my vehicle while under their watch. When I went to go change my oil, it appears they had stripped my oil bolt and completely forgot to put my underbody shield back on. Then when I took it back to them to repair, they put on the old damaged shield even though they were paid by insurance, and to add insult to injury, they damaged my side skirts when doing the oil change (mustvery happened on their lift or or ramp). When I spoke to the manager about it, he claimed they didnt do it and said he wasnt going to fix the damage they did to my vehicle. If I could give 0 stars as a rating, I would. I will be contacting the better business Bureau because of my treatment, the damage to my property and what would appear to be insurance fraud on their part. I will also pursue them through the court system if necessary. Please DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP to anyone who cares about their vehicle and being treated fairly and with respect.

Actually nothing at this point...Im rating them a one star because I cant give them a negative star. They have had my sons car since October and its now January and the car had only minimal damage. The owner Jacob talked a good game to get our business but hasnt played the game well. The waiting on parts and never being available and no notification on the status of the vehicle is ridiculous. Enough said for now would I recommend them ..NO. would we return NO...I do at least hope once the vehicle is return that the repair work is decent. So on Saturday January 23 we were called to come and finally pick up the car from October 2015. During this ridiculous cat and mouse game the car went from having only minimal body damage to three months afterwards the shop alleged that there was water in the engine. Are you kidding me? To our surprise again the car wasnt ready actually it had rear damage from their body shop. Im done as if I wasnt already. This place is a joke. Please beware of this shady business. Good Luck to you all and be wise and go somewhere else.

Expensive on parts and a joke on estimates for labor for multiple parts that have to be removed and put back on anyway when replacing the main part. By itself thats not too terrible. What annoyed me enough to write this is that they overtorqued my wheels so much that it bent my cars stock lug nut wrench out of shape when I tried to remove them. I broke my socket adapter that I tried using with my other small breaker bar. Even tried a full sized breaker bar with a proper sized socket and could not remove a good amount of the lug nuts. I stopped trying in fear that I would strip the outside of the lug nuts (got them removed and replaced at a local tire shop). The only reason I did 2 stars instead of 1 is because they seemed like ok people and I dont know if this or my hard driving habits are what caused my relatively recent rotors to warp and give my car the shakes when braking. This was a while ago and I never came back since it didnt piss me off too much at the time but seeing this place almost every day on my commute is a constant reminder.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BODY SHOP! I am beyond satisfied with the great work CarZone has done to my 2010 Chevy Silverado. This was my first accident and Ive heard how lost one can be and how frustrating it is but Carzone made this claim experience easy. They explained to me the whole repair process & lifetime warranty. They were very friendly. Not only did they help me with my claim but they helped me out with a loaner car since the insurance wasnt able to approve me for a rental the same day of the accident. Carzone also fixed the door handle, and some minor prior damages at no additional cost. When i got my truck back it looked amazing, probably even better than before the accident. The repairs took about 2 1/2weeks but it was all well worth it.

We were in a wreck and our vehicle was taken to this horrible shop. To get the business they were professional however the hint should have been unhappy customers yelling in the lobby. We decided to move our vehicle to another body shop and this shop attempted to hold our vehicle hostage. A week and a half the storage bill was over $2000 and they wanted cash only. Prior to our vehicle making it to the other lot they ripped off the bumper and other costly damage to run up the estimate. Crooks had the nerve to make racial slurs thinking I didnt know what they were saying. Least professional shop in Houston but number one in unethical crooked behavior. Try them at your on risk, Ill say I told you so now.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BE REPAIRED HERE . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Kept my car for more than two weeks longer than initially told it would take to repair the vehicle. Then when I went to pick up car, I was told they dont accept credit card payment over $1000.00 and that I had to have a cashiers check or cash. Had I been made aware of this, I would have never taken my car here to be repaired. After holding my car hostage until I paid with a cashier check, my car started overheat as I was driving it home from the shop. Clearly the car was not repaired correctly. Now I understand why they only accept cashier check or cash as the only form of payment.

Very happy with my experience with Jacob at Car Zone. They took my 2015 car which had been T-Boned and made it look just like new, right down to the paint matching. Worked directly with the insurance company so I didnt have to do a thing except drop off the car and pick it up when it was done. Even provided a loaner! Went above and beyond what I expected from a body/repair shop, for sure. Would definitely recommend.

Horrible customer service once they get a ok to do the work, I was told by the guy Danny that he didnt have time to deal with me, because it was Monday. Also, the work on my estimate wasnt done and when I picked up my vehicle, they charged for work that wasnt completed, I dont know how many others have been cheated this way, I told them that I wanted gm parts and these parts do not fit well.

I would NEVER RECOMMEND anyone to use the shop. They are all liars and dont keep any of their promises. Jacob will sell various lies and then hide and never return calls. The entire front staff was rude and constantly caused arguements between me And my insurance company. Dont trust anything they say. Trust me STAY AWAY . Im highly disappointed in their service

My Cadillac was a near total loss. The axle was broken and the interior was destroyed due to the deployment of the curtain air bags. The repairs took over 30 days, and Carzone refused to let my insurance pressure them to use after-market parts. The end result was beautiful, and I would refer anyone to them. Theyre car guys, and they take pride in what they do.
