All I can say is WOW! This location is awesome. I do not know where to start. I have a 78 El Camino that I am starting to restore and they happen to be across the street from where I am storing it. As of right now I am just looking to get it back on the road and slowly upgrade as I go along. From the first time I walked in the entire staff was helpful. First off the lobby area is clean and very comfortable. They have newer furniture and plenty of material to read while you wait. The restroom is the same way, very clean and well maintained. I would feel very comfortable referring my mother to this location. Second is the staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. I have been speaking with Randy on the car work. Randy was able to go over what needed to be done now to prevent bigger problems down the road. Randy also broke down the repairs by priority and stated that some of the work could be done in the near future, it did not have to be done right now. This through me for a loop/shock, typically you hear “this must be done now” responses to repair quotes. They have been very accommodating to my needs (making arrangements to pick up the car after 6pm, dropping off during lunch, etc…). Thus far it has been a great experience. I just dropped my car off again to get some work completed on the transmission. They also send an email with the repair quote before completing any work on the vehicle, they ask you reply agreeing to the rate. I find this very convenient, this allows me to know exactly what is being done. I would definitely recommend this location for any auto work to be completed on a newer or older car.

This shop was on my way to work, so I called when I had brake issues. They gave me an appointment and offered to drop me off at work in the Galleria area. One of the owners herself gave me the ride, and was very pleasant to talk with. Later that day they gave me a very fair quote, and advised on what was really needed, and what I should address soon. No pressure on the extras, world wasnt going to end, and I appreciated that, as most shops will give you a dire prediction of the future if you dont go for their extras. Picked it up later on my way back home (they advised they wouldnt have the shuttle available that late into the evening when I made my appointment so I was prepared to find a ride here from a coworker) and the brakes sounded great and worked perfect. They even topped off my windshield washer fluid, and thats another pleasant surprise. So impressed that I brought my wifes car in for service. Will keep coming back for all my vehicle needs. Absolutely love this place! My car had severe water damage from a recent flood and my husband chose to bring my car here since the ratings were so good on Google. And we were not disappointed. Joel was so wonderful and made sure to call almost daily to give us updates on the car and the repairs. Dave was also very nice and helpful when Joel was unavailable. We never felt like they were lying to us to try to get more money out of our pocket (even though insurance paid for all of it). They even pointed out other things we should consider fixing and showed us personally the damaged parts which made me feel very reassured. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants good honest work and wonderful customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you so much CB for such a great experience during such a stressful time.

I had one of the best experiences at Christian Brothers Automotive. I was told when I went in how long it would take, so I walked to Molinas to have some lunch, came back after, and was told my tires were bad, and wasnt pushed to get an additional service, but instead referred over to Discount Tire to deal with someone there that he knew that could help me since I bought the tires there after I told him. I found this honesty, and just plain old care about the customer type service to be what would bring me back to this location. I have always encountered the pushy type at automotive shops, and didnt feel vulnerable since I was not familiar with my needs. I am going back for my next oil change this week, discount or not!

I came in because my car was shaking when it was idle and it had been doing it for some time. The staff was very friendly and did a free courtesy check of the car to see what the problem was. After the mechanic looked over the car, the staff explained what the issue was and gave me an estimate. I returned about a week later and dropped my car off. Within a couple of hours, I got a call that the car was ready. I didnt expect that they would be done so soon. When I picked up the car and turned it on, there was no more shaking. It felt great and I was glad I got it fixed here.

I recently moved to Houston, and needed to find a place to take in my car. I tried the place across the street from my complex, and they quoted me $1000 to fix what needed to be fixed. I decided to go into Christian Brothers to get an honest opinion, and that is exactly what they gave me! They quoted me $500 for the same amount of work, let me know exactly what was wrong with my car, what needed immediate attention, and what could wait, if necessary. They have excellent customer service! I have since gone back to Christian Brothers for all maintenance needed on my car.

The waiting area was so nice that I felt uncomfortable. Thought I was in a law office. Requested a front alignment since the tire was wearing on the outside. They fixed that problem. However, when driving quickly, the vehicle moves to the right on every lane of the freeway and on flat parking lots. That means that CB did not complete the entire alignment correctly. I got half a job for full-price. Why should I have to go back to get the job completed correctly? One of the simplest things taught in auto mechanics school. Now going to the dealership.

I have been taking my sedan and sports car to David and his crew at Christian Brothers for years. (For those of yall with very low sports cars, you will not have a problem entering or exiting their driveway, especially if you approach at an angle.) I am always treated respectfully and professionally. I am very particular about my cars and I trust them to do a great job every time. Wait times are usually very reasonable and I find they provide accurate estimates over the phone.

I have been to Christian Brothers a number of times since they opened. I am extremely loyal to them because they are honest and fair. Ive never worried about being taken advantage of because Im a female, which is important to me. I have taken vehicles in for oil changes, an inspection and had them remove a bad AC. Everything was done properly and with care. I have even taken my boyfriends car to them and recommend them to anyone needing repairs or maintenance done.
