Customer Beware!!!!! I am a very fair and honest paying customer but i will not support this Christian Brothers Location. I went here to have the entire A.C. repaired with new parts installed. I was charged a high penny but I was willing to pay for the service i wanted. Here is my experience: Christian Brothers Over Charge for parts and labor. They are very dishonest. My car glove department was broken into, and they never even attempted to fix it or agreed to pay for it, only stated they were not responsible. I have an alarm and onstar so watch this.... the window was not broken and the key hole was in great condition and my car was inside with them the whole entire day/overnight. I received a call my vehicle was ready, so I came to pick it up. Yes i am a woman so do you see the irony? Okay i picked up my car and guess what my COLD A.C. setting is just blowing air, warm air and still making noises. So i figured i was not going to play any games at all. I was given a chance to leave work to drop off vehicle, for two hour lunches for two days and this is what i get. So i immediately take it to a professional shop and they were very understanding. FREELY examined my car and placed it on the machine. GUESS WHAT Customers, they never touched a part. Yes that is right same parts, never fixed. So i called a nearby courthouse with the intent of filing a case against them. However, with all fairness I called Christian Brothers to give them a chance to fix their mess up. So they asked me to bring it back and i did and they fixed it for real this time. Picked it up a second time, I could not sit in front of my A.C. it was freezing on the lowest setting. I did not file on them but that is not good customer service at all. AND AND AND on record which i recorded the mechanics say to me, two of the guys were illegal immigrants and were not in their registry on payroll fixing vehicles up there. I am not against them working for a living but just like anyone else, they can slip up and do wrong things but how could i file or you file a police report on someone you do not know and or leave the country? I will NOT refer this company to anyone and I will never go back to this Christian Brother Location 2899 Fm 1960 W, Houston, Tx EVER. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!! Next Bad reviews about Christian Brothers will be on BBB & YELP & Local News Media because i care for others needing vehicle repairs and no one should have to experience this.

Not good at all...I had purchased new engine oil and filter from Amazon, as Royal Purple in 0W-20 isnt easy to track down. Couldnt find the time to perform my own oil change so I called them up because they are only about a mile away from where I live. $16 bucks to change out the oil and filter with brand new ones I already had on hand. I figure no big deal. Auto ships have to make money somehow. As I take back possession of my car after paying, I drive about 10 minutes back to my home, but down 1960 and as you can imagine there was some stop and go. I pull up to my garage only to notice my car smoking. My one year old 2014 Altima was smoking from under the hood. I popped the hood and there was oil which had spattered all over the engine. The mechanic they had work on my car forgot to place the lid back! To make matters worse, I dont believe for one second they even changed the oil out, much less used the costly oil I provided to them on my car. I went to Walmart Tire and lube the next day and from a laymans eye analysis of the oil they drained, they informed me the oil was not brand new and nothing was changed out. Granted Royal Purple is already tinted purple at the factory but the oil they drained was definitely not new. The manager or "lead" at CBA was very apologetic and offered to give me a free oil change at next interval with Royal Purple brand but honestly it would be next to impossible to trust my car being serviced there again. Of course they probably didnt document this event when it happened, so its he said/she said as far as Im concerned. At this point, if I return even to take the free offer, I only have myself to blame if something else happens to my vehicle there. Changing my oil elsewhere. Very bad first experience. It seems all negative reviews to any location of CBA are responded to with "we dont work that way" or "we have no record of you even being here". I have my receipt for the $16 I was charged and the description of services.

I had some work completed last week when I got my car back I had a damaged bumper with paint missing. I was told by the service manager Thomas last Thursday that the owner would be gone until today so there wasnt anything he could do about it. So today I talk to Robert because Thomas went on vacation for 2 weeks that theres nothing that Christian Brothers can do about it because the video tapes didnt show any evidence of it being damaged. I had a flawless paint job when my car left my home and if the tow truck was at fault nobody from Christian Brothers ever mentioned the damage to me. Then when I went to pick my car up it was parked purposely facing the street so I wouldnt notice the damage. I had over $1,000 worth of repairs done and now I have to do more thanks to Christian Brothers Automotive never spend your money with these fake Christians. Not only did they damage my bumper and not ever offer to fix it then give me the run around they also are grossly over priced they charged me $1000 to replace my climate controller in a 2010 Grand Marquis and $380 for an alternator and also tried to tell me I needed a new battery instead of just charging my 9 month old battery when I went to the shop and asked Thomas why I needed a new battery then he offered to charge it first to make sure it wasnt bad. RIP OFF ARTISTS DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!

Impressed and pleased. This was my first visit to Christian Brothers, I considered them based upon a recommendation from my son and selected them based upon their high online ratings. I had just bought a set of fairly expensive tires the day before and wanted to get a front end alignment to protect my investment. I was going to get a rental car and leave my car for the day, but to begin with I was told that there were no cars in front of me for the front end mechanic and if I waited itd be done in less than an hour. That saved me $45.00 right off the bat. After the mechanic drove my car and put it on the rack, I was told that there was nothing wrong with the alignment the way it is and given a printout showing as such. I fully expected to pay as it took the mechanic at least 1/2 hour to road test it, put it on the rack, attach the sensors, and check it out, but I was told that since nothing had to be adjusted there was no charge. To top things off, if I had payed, it would have been $59.99 instead of $99.99 like the last place I went and where I left feeling dissatisfied with their work. I will definitely come back here the next time I need service and will definitely recommend Christian Brothers to my family and friends.
