I took my car there on a Tuesday morning because my engine light came on. They said it was something minor and that they would have to order the part. I was told to go home and bring the car in when the part arrived. I didnt hear from them by the end of the day so I called the shop and was told the part had arrived but it was the wrong part. They said they would get the correct part the next day. The following day Wednesday after work I stopped there and was told the new part had arrived but it was damage. They said they would call me the next day. I didnt hear from them on Thursday so I called them before driving there and I was told they still didnt have the part and to check back the next day. Friday came around and I still didnt hear from them so I called them to inquire about it. When I called I was told by the girl that answer the phone that if the part had arrived they would have called me (in other words stop calling). I finally got the hint they were never interested in working in my car nor probably even ordered any part. From the very beginning I never got a phone call back from them; I being the customer had to always call them. Theres something wrong when the customer has to pester an establishment to take his business ($$). They never had intentions to work on my car. They wasted a lot of my time giving me the round-a-round.

Horrible place took my Nissan to get an oil change and my drain plug was left loose! Got down the block before I noticed my car was smoking. Came back and was very upset because of what just had happened and they are supposed to be certified technicians. Walked in the lobby and saw an older guy sitting in the office and was expecting for him to come attend me but did not do so. 5 solid minutes passed till he got up and spoke to me his name is John very horrible customer service!!! Will not be going there again

This place is horrible! I went here a couple days ago for a transmission fluid change, so I dropped off my camry and left with my wife , they told me it would take 2 hours, went back after 2hrs and my car was not ready so I was like okay maybe theyre finishing up and this old guy named John told they will start on my car soon and just walked away. This was very unprofessional my car was done 8 hours later, just to hear a weird riddle sound afterwards. Do not recommend this place!!

Great shop very good customer service very knowledgeable about there bmws and informative Matt let me know everything I needed to know about a bmw E39 I was looking to purchase and gave me great insite I will be a continuous customer thanks I recommend this shop if you have a bmw dont pay that high service bills at bmw go to auto tune instead .

Auto Tune has excellent BMW service with very reasonable rates. Matt and his staff are really professional, knowledgeable and honest. After some major repairs, my BMW runs and feel like it did the first day I purchased it. I strongly recommend Auto Tune for all your BMW service needs.
