I( JIM WINTERS ) WOULD LIKE TO ADDRESS THE NEGATIVE COMMITS FROM A UNSATIFIED CUSTOMER, FIRST THE VEHICLE IS A 1987 MODEL, MOST SHOPS WOULD NOT OF EVEN TAKEN IT IN . SECOND THE VEHICLE HAD MULTIPLE ISSUES NOT DISCLOSED BY THE CUSTOMER ON INTITAL VEHICLE COMPLAINT WRITE UP , THIRD NOT ALL REPAIR RECOMMENDATION WERE APPROVED OR PERFORMED, ONLY WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTED. ALL WORK RECOMMENDED IS PRIORLY APPROVED BY THE CUSTOMER, ALL WORKED PERFORMED HAS A NATIONWIDE WARRANTY . WE ARE A TEXAS AAA FACILITY, NAPA CAR CARE CENTER, AND A CERTIFIED TEXAS EMISSION FACILITY. WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 20 YEARS WITH OVER 4,000 CUSTOMER LISTING, YOU DONT STAY IN BUSINESS THAT LONG IF YOU DO BAD WORK. WE ARE A FAMILY OPERATED BUSINESS, WE EXTEND OUR HOURS FOR CUSTOMER CONVENIENCE. MY OPINION IS IF THE UNHAPPY CUSTOMER FELT HE HAD A LEGAL COMPLAINT HE WOULD OF FILED IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT OR TOOK IT TO ANOTHER NAPA CAR CARE CENTER FOR A SECOND OPINION BECAUSE OF THE NATIONWIDE WARRANTY .

Everyone was really nice . We had to stay there most of the day. Do to a computer board . They worked hard to get us on the road . And make sure things are working properly. With the knowledge that we have to drive back to Colorado. He was much better then dodge dealer. Thank you guys so much!!!!!!!
