Derek and the team at Kingwood Service Center (KSC) are the best! I am one of those people who typically buys two-year old cars and holds onto them into the 200,000 mile range, so I can invest more of my dollars into appreciable assets rather than depreciable assets. Given this fact, I must have a mechanic who is honest, reasonably priced and is proactive. KSC does all of this and more. For example, I receive periodic texts from KSC which inform me when my next scheduled maintenance is for each of my four cars. One last thing. If you bring your car in before 10am or between 2pm-4pm, you can walk on over to Sonic and grab a half-priced drink while you wait.

Absolutely great! I have taken my cars to the Kingwood Service Center for over 11 years now off and on. They are now the only folks I will let work on my cars. There have now been several examples where other local outfits have tried to rip me off, but Ive taken my cars there after I received a quote, asked the Kingwood Service Center guys to do the work the other mechanics said needed done, and the Kingwood S/C told me there was nothing wrong. Theyve saved me a ton of money and have the utmost integrity. Honest, dependable, well-experienced, and good prices. Thank you for the great service once again guys! I no longer need to look any place else!

I was concerned about a plastic guard flap falling off the bottom of my Corolla. These guys looked at it and said it was just missing a few pin screws and they had some extra ones in the back and reattached it FREE OF CHARGE! This is the kind of neighborly experience I love about Kingwood. Additionally, I was in and out of there in less than fifteen minutes! I look forward to returning as a paying customer.

For Poor job, bring your vehicle here. I usually do my own oil change myself but this time didnt had the time so wife took it to Kingwood Services for $42. When parked in Garage, found oil leak. I went under the vehicle and found that the oil pane bolt lose. tighten for almost one turn and no more leak. Imagine, if we took a long trip with the vehicle after this oil change?
