Took my truck to get an estimate to change my brakes out and it wasnt a good experience. I recently got into an accident and my brakes were completely gone which I knew about so I decided to go into firestone and get an estimate. But before I let them take my truck I specifically asked the young lady if they will be taking my hubs off to check them. I told her I didnt want them to take them off at all and if they do then I wont leave my truck. She told me no that they measure everything on the outside when they remove the wheels. So I ended up leaving my truck there for the FREE estimate. Well once they were done they had the guy who checked my truck in the office and they were asking him stuff but he was acting like a child and didnt want to talk to me or them. So I said to them just put my wheels back on and Ill take my service else where and thats when the guy who checked my truck started talking to me and he said that I needed a lot done to my truck and gave me a bag with all my brake stuff and said this all came off your truck. I was in shocked because I specifically told them I didnt want them to open up my brakes. With that being said I took my truck and got better service elsewhere and now my brakes are great! This company lost my respect. Now lets get this straight... the lady and one of the guys in the front had great customer service it was the mechanic who check my brakes I had a huge problem with. And usually it is the other way around. I never write reviews but I think this is important because it is for our safety. I wouldnt want a person like that working on my vehicle. I understand people are working hard and it gets stressful but you dont act like that with your customers who you are repairing there vehicle for .

I came in one day because I had a screw in my tire and needed it to be repaired before it went flat. I wanted to wait on it, he said it would take a couple of hours because they were busy. Fine, I made an appointment for the next day. I get there 15 minutes early, tell the guy that I had a screw in my tire and there was already an invoice opened for me. They took it in and I sat down. 45 minutes later they tell me its done and my "state inspection" has been completed. I said excuse me? I didnt come here for a state inspection, there is a screw in my tire and I told you yesterday about it. He apologized and said he put the wrong thing in the computer. They had to take my car back in and fix my tire. Said it was unrepairable so I bought a new tire to be put on. The guy said it will be done in 15-20 minutes. I sat back down. Almost an hour later, I was getting impatient. Finally he said it was done. Completely ridiculous! Im pissed and I will never return to these fools again. Maybe try confirming what is to be done on the car with the owner of the vehicle before anything is done??? This is including the time I had a tire put on from them and the next day it was flat because they didnt seal it correctly. Had to get a tow to have it put back on correctly. This place is a joke!

The upselling at this location is priority. Why Im forced to give this review 1-star makes me almost as upset. As far as service...Of course, my wife took the car for front brakes and got sold all 4 and had to wait 3+ hours. The rear brakes were "still being delivered" at 5:41 and magically the car was ready at 5:54. How you can possibly install rear brake pads and safely inspect them afterwards in less than 13 minutes, but have to wait 3+ hours for the rest of it? Ill tell you...bombarding my lobby-waiting wife with constant updates about how unsafe my 3 year-old car could possibly become if she didnt purchase $700+ worth of additional products and services. This is my second and last time coming in here. I will take my car to another place to have their work inspected. The first time, the guy showed me the inventory of tires. Its no coincidence that they only stock 3 of the lower-priced tires at one given time...its probably because they have complete sets of the slightly more expensive tires to sell. I submitted a review on their site, but have yet to see it posted. UGH....not even one star.

I brought my 2007 Volvo S80 in to repair a noise / roughness while driving. They told me I needed new tires and struts. They said the tires (which were only about 1.5 years old) were damaged due to the poor condition of the struts. When it came time to pick up the car they had replaced the tires but not the struts, they said wrong parts delivered, but ok to drive for now. I took the car back a couple of weeks later on a Saturday, at the end of the day I called and they advised they got wrong parts, couldnt fix the struts. We agreed they would get the correct the parts and call me. A week goes by, no call so I call them, the mechanic says he doesnt see the part came in, but manager will call me back. Manager never calls back, but I week (this past Saturday) Im driving by so I stop in and ask about the struts, they dont have them and the mechanic says they are not able to fix the car, I have to bring it to the dealer since the struts have a sensor they cant deal with. I have four cars Ive brought there - never again.

It does not even deserve one star!! My experience was horrible! Waited for 5 hours to get my cars oil changed. The second day after oil change, I noticed a big oil stain on the ground of my garage beneath the cars engine. The oil was leaking. 10 days after oil change, the oil level became a half bar. Engine light went on 15 days after oil change. I went to Firestone asking the employee to help me check whether they did a bad job resulted oil leakage. They said that, they could not check the oil level. They can only change the oil! I have to change the oil again? In Firestone? NO way. I went to the mechanic shop and had my engine checked. The error code indicated that multiple miss fires of cylinder #4 & 5. The oil leakage somehow affect the cylinder. It costed me 400 bucks to have my engine fixed!!! All because firestone did not do a good job and did not want to be responsible for it!! I definitely do not recommend anyone have their cars near that shop.

Left the car there to have it checked because it was leaking air in tire. I received a call saying the tires are getting worn out. So i said go ahead and replace them, picked up car only to find out it was still having the same problem with new tires. Went to discount tire to have them check it since they were closer at that time. They told me the rim was cracked and needed repair or replacement. So I contacted Firestone, not even an apology for not checking the rim in the first place. How are you a Firestone Complete Auto Care when someone brings in a vehicle with a problem and you cannot even check the tire and rims. And then when you put new tires still dont notice a crack in the rims. Something I discovered all they care about is selling you new tires and making money that way. Instead of giving a real Auto Care to there customers. I wont be going back to this place. This store just keeps going down with service and management.
