John and his Crew at Integrity are the best in Automotive Repair and Knowledge, that$ the Truth! A month ago, he and his crew replaced a radiator I had them install a year ago on my 13 year old Hemi, no charge because it was "under warranty"! Really, who else does that without throwing in extra costs? Thank you John! This morning I noticed my "Check Gauge" light come on my Hemi. Trust me I baby, my Hemi and I only trust John and the Integrity Crew when it comes to Repair and Service. So after John ran a test in the morning it was determined that my 13 year old alternator was nearing "death". Well of course I had them replace the alternator and at the same time replace the A/C blower that was going out as well. All work completed in 4 hours. The Repair costs was very reasonable, but what really matters is that they always do "Honest" work and get the Repairs done as promised, Professionally and in a timely manner! Take my advice, see John and his Crew at Integrity the next time you may need true Expert Service and Repair! Thanks John, you all give true meaning to having Integrity! Great Job as always!

Took my wifes 08 Grand Cherokee Laredo to Integrity yesterday. It had a clicking noise coming from the passenger fromt wheel are that no other shop could seem to figure out. I thought it might have been a control arm bushing, but wasnt sure. Never been to Integrity before , bit didnt see any negative, and figured they couldnt be any more expensive than the rest of the overpriced shops around here. They called in a couple of hours and said they found the problem was the ball joint, and could have it back to us by noon today, with an alignment. By 11 this morning they called to tell me it was ready, and the issue fixed. Way to go! And a very reasonable price! Thanks to John and the folks at Integrity, youve got a new customer whos going to be bringing you all of his work now

In the several years in the area, Integrity has been the place to take our cars as they are conveniently located. In the last few visits however, they have failed miserably by not completing the job in a thorough or timely manner. I had to go back several times to get the job completed for my air conditioner compressor with added charges and excuses as to why it took so long each subsequent time. They failed to fix things I asked to be fixed (dashboard light and a noise from the back end of my car) in an effort to get my compressor back to me after not hearing anything from them for solid 3 days. It takes a lot to force me to make a change such as this but I can say without doubt, I WILL NOT use Integrity Automotive again.

Integrity was recommended to me in 2006 by a friend. I used Integrity a couple of times. I got to know the Lead Mechanic and site leader named John who always treated me fair. If the problem was small, that is what I was charged for. I never felt I was getting gouged, or nickel and dimed. John left a couple of years ago and the shop did not seem to be run with the same level of high service. My confidence in Integrity dropped and I left them at that time. John has since returned and so have I and am receiving the same high level of service as before. I like dealing with people and not necessarily companies. I recommend you go see John at Integrity Automotive and you will be treated right.

I am the third owner of my 2005 Acura MDX which has 170,000+ miles on it and drove it all the way to Houston from Colorado to spend my summer vacation with my parents who just moved here. Not knowing anything about the area, or my car for that matter, Integrity was able to completely repair my transmission. With my car being quite old they struggled to find the parts necessary to fix it, but Integrity was able to do so and I am so thankful! They were very helpful with explaining the problems my car was having. Made it all the way back to Colorado in one piece. Thanks again John!!

Integrity Automotive was recommended to me by AAA when I needed my car towed to a garage for service. I was impressed with the appearance of the facility and the owner, John was very helpful and accommodating. The car was towed on Wednesday morning, they diagnosed the problem Wednesday afternoon as needing a fuel pump, filter, and sensor, and the car was ready Thursday afternoon. The cost of the repair was more than I had originally anticipated, but was comparable to other shops. I would recommend them and would use them again if the need arises.

GREAT Service! I was told by a different repair shop that my trucks A/C was shot and would have to be replaced ... at a cost of $1,600. I then took my truck to Integrity Auto for a "second opinion." They not only fixed my A/C (its been running ice cold now for several months!) but the total cost was only about $100! Since then, Ive taken my truck and my wifes car there for all of our maintenance and mechanical work, and all work has been done in a satisfactory manner. I definitely recommend Integrity!

I received one of three estimates from Integrity. Integrity missed an important detail when estimating damage to my rear bumper. My trunk was off alignment slightly. The other two caught this, so I returned to Integrity to ask them if they included the realignment in their estimate. I was then asked, "well, how close to perfect do you want it to be? I could probably just push real hard on this side to get it back straight again." Ouch. Needless to say, I went somewhere else for the work.

I told these people my belt was sqeaking bad. So they put a rebuilt power steering pump on the car after charging me for what I thought was a new one. Got the car back and it was still squeaking. I took it back two more times for continued noises and each time they claimed to have fixed it. Now just after 90 days I think the power steering pump blew out. Im pretty sure I will never go back and will tell everyone about this experience.

Right after my divorce I took my car in and John took care of it. My brakes had started sounding like metal on metal. He called me and told me there had been participial on my pads and that they did not need to be replaced he just took care of it. As a woman it was great to not get ripped off. They could have very easily said they replaced the brakes. I trust them and will continue to take my automobiles there.

I always get great service here from oil changes to more complicated repairs.i wouldnt go anywhere else and have been coming here for several years now. LISTEN LADIES, bring your car here if youre having problems. John is great and honest. Everyone that Ive dealt with here is nice and does a great job.
