Greedy bastards. I had my 97 RAV4, serviced at this place, they claimed that they had flushed the system and re-charged it but I was in need of a complete compressor kit, Chris could not make sure but 4 or 5 hrs of labor and the kit was going to set me back $1201.00 plus tax, in addition to the $69.00 plus tax for the service. I was a bit upset of how greedy these bastards are, I should have fallow my instinct, when I saw their sign “The one to trust” I felt how ironic, they should not be trusted with a monkey. Any way, I took my car to another place and asked for an estimate to double check these bastards, guess what $225.00 total to flushed the system and re-charged it, I said it will not do it, some bastard just did that this morning. Any ways do it. And guess again, this guy tells me, you have too much pressure in the system, my guess is, Eagle tech just pushed in some freon, knowing that no matter what the best option is make it new, replace everything even if not needed. BE WARE, if they ask for your trust, run away or run them thru with a sword.!

I took my 95 S10 pickup to them after I could no longer put the truck into reverse. I got the answering machine when I called them on the 4th of July weekend to see if someone would be available. In just a little while, Chris called me back and was really pleasant to work with even though he was technically off for the holiday. At every step of the process of getting my transmission rebuilt, these guys proved their willingness to go above and beyond with honest, friendly service. The truck now runs like new and maybe I can squeeze another 180,000 miles out of it! If your looking for an honest shop, I cant recommend these guys enough.

Great place to bring your vehicle for repairs...I thought I had a transmission problem when my car wouldnt shift after breaking down at an intersection on the way to work. I started looking immediately online for a transmission repair mechanic and came across Eagle who had a 5 star rating across the board. I had my car towed there from North Irving and was very impressed with Chris. What I thought might be thousands of dollars in transmission repairs turned out only to be a broken CV axle that only costed me aroung $250. Chris is very honest and I would highly recommend Eagle to others! Thanks guys!

I wont get into too many details. I am out of town, needed work on my truck, and was taken very well care of; not only by Chris, but by the technicians as well. I can tell you that the previous reviews about Eagle are right on. On another note- I am a small business owner. It was an encouragement for me to see the excellence in which they are operating, especially in an industry that I know can be tough- and even nasty at times. So, thanks for that guys. If you need your car fixed- you need to at least call Eagle.

"You get what you pay for" okay, maybe you do... maybe you dont, but I always think about the warranty and how many ways they can find that something not covered is the problem. I had to use my warranty at Eagle for a transmission rebuild and it was truly like a breath of fresh air. They simply took care of the problem without a hassel and without any hidden charges. Thats the way it should be. I felt their priority was to make it right and thats what they did. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am so glad i made the correct decision by having let Eagle Transmission rebuild my transmission and they did an excellent job. I knew right away that Chris,( the shop owner/manager ), knew alot about transmissions right away because after 1 question about what it was doing, he could tell me all the symptoms that followed. This shop knows what they are doing and i would recommend to anyone that may need transmission service. THANKS CHRIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was very pleased with the great customer service Chris and his staff provided us with. They went above and beyond my expectations with their work. I would recommend them to anyone, especially being a woman and not knowing much about transmission repairs. They repaired my Acura transmission for substantially less than what the dealer or Aamco was going to charge me. I also was able to get a rent car for $25 a day from their company.

Went there thinking I had a transmission problem. I of course expected to pay a hefty ransom to get my 06 Dodge Durango back. I called back after a couple of hours and was told that it was checked and rechecked and there was a slight nose from the rear end. "Just age", the nice guy up at the counter said. Told me everything they had done and I could not believe that it was free. If I ever have any problems I am going back.

Worst place ever. The owner is a friend of my brother who recommended us this place. Customer service was really bad. They quote you a price for one thing next thing you know they want to requote you another price if you dont get the service done with them. Worse nightmare ever not even the manager wanted to work something out with us knowing it was his employees fault for not explaining to us how the process works.

Super Honest and Friendly! I brought my car in with a transmission fluid leak, thinking this was going to be really expensive. Chris was Super to deal with and explained exactly what was causing the leak and that it would be an easy fix! I was so glad to learn the transmission did not have to be rebuilt. They are honest and will only fix what needs to be fixed! I recommed these guys to all my friends.

My car broke down (Battery Terminal) and i had no idea what was the main issue. They just charged me for the main issue (even though since my car was in their Garage after towing they could have come up with anything) but they just charged me $35 for Battery Terminal including Labour (Towing charges were separate)

Went here to get transmission fixed. They only changed the oil and did very minor things that did not justify what I had paid for. I knew it from closely observing the transmission and areas around it. Got a full refund after debating with them, the only good thing.

Eagle Transmission offers friendly, reliable and honest service. Im so glad I found them! They did the work I needed for substantially less than a competitor quoted and the owner even gave me a ride to work despite his very busy schedule. Highly recommend.

I came in there right before they closed. Not only did they take me to my hotel, they had my car fixed the first thing the next day and the final price was below the estimate they gave me. Chris, I would highly recommend you and your organization.
