I cant say enough great things about this place and its staff!!! I live walking distance from another Meineke and several other auto repair shops in Plano, but I drive 45+ minutes to come to this location specifically!! I have been to multiple other mechanics ever since I moved to Plano, but cant find anything that even comes close to comparing to the excellent service provided by this Meineke in Little Elm. Each time I go there, I know for a fact that I am getting an honest assessment of the condition of my vehicle, and I can always trust them to do great work and at an honest price (sometimes they even throw in things for free). This Meineke always does their best to squeeze me in, even if I call or arrive last minute. (I cant say the same thing for the Meineke in Plano, and that location has tried to overcharge me in the past for work I didnt even need.) This Meineke is truly a gem in the auto industry, largely because of the terrific staff who work there. James in particular is amazing, and will often walk me into the garage to talk me through what is happening underneath the hood. He explains everything in terms I can understand, and shows me directly what is going on. Whenever extra work needs to be done, I always walk away with a good comprehension of why. James communicates with honesty and clarity, and will always tell me what he would do if he were in my shoes. (In one particular instance this meant him recommending an alternative that didnt result in their store getting the $1,500 business it would have cost for them to repair my vehicle--I am 100% confident that this location prioritizes its customers and making sure they are happy with affordable/functioning transportation above all else.) Seriously, this place is wonderful. You will not regret taking your car here.

This is my third time at Meineke, great service each time I came here even today. Mark the owner is very professional, I feel bad because a lady came in today and wanted to pay by check, nobody pays by check these days. When Mark came to explain to her why they were unable to take checks, she was so rude and said " right now I do not want to see your face" to Mark. Everybody here including Marco, James, and Drew are very processional and they did not deserve to be disrespected after fixing that ladys car. She said they ruined her day, no matter what she has been through it does not give her a reason to treat a business owner and his employees badly because they do not accept checks. I like getting my car fixed here, it is very clean , there is a kids zone, I have never had to wait for a long time, as I was informed on how long it would take for an oil change, state inspection, or I could leave my car and come back if it is going to be a while. For that reason meineke in Little Elm, TX is the only place I trust to take care of my car.

My husband and I each took our car here today for some maintenance work. We are relatively new to town and are in the midst of establishing ourselves with various businesses. This one seems to be a keeper! Aubrey professionally greeted and welcomed us and immediately treated us as though we were long-time VIP customers, listening intently to our requests and questions. After checking our cars, he pointed out a couple of items that would most likely need repair in the coming months but didnt try to make the extra sales now. We had paid out and were about to leave when we remembered we forgot to ask them to check something else on my husbands car. Aubreys pleasant attitude towards us did not reveal what I am sure was an inconvenience to him. Time will tell if the maintenance was done correctly but I have confidence that we be returning customers. Very pleasant experience overall.

When we moved to Little Elm from upstate NY about a year ago, we were looking for a reliable car repair shop nearby and oh, boy, we found one! We have been going to this place ever since for oil changes, state inspections , break changes and off couse for check-engine fixes for our more than 13 year old Toyota. Always they have the right diagnosis and resonable price for the fixes. They discuss the issues openly and suggest solutions without padding the estimates. I always felt comfortable taking my cars to them. Aubry, at the front desk is awesome. The owners are always around to listen to your concerns. Place is tidy, and a small room for kids to watch movies and play. Take your laptop and get your work done using wifi while your car is getting fixed. The best place around for all your car needs!

I have visited this location. Very clean, comfortable waiting room and they even have a playroom for kids. Boy what will they think of next? Mark the owner seems to get it. Aubrey, the Service Advisor that greeted me, came across very professional, I felt like I was at the dealership! But, the big difference without the dealership prices. Im the type of person I like to know who and what a shop is all about. I watched techs in the bays. James I learned was the shop foreman, seemed to have everyone running smooth and a shop so clean, organized. If your looking for a shop that takes care of not only your vehicle but care about customer concerns this I found to be a great place to call home. I wish I wasnt just passing through town. Mark and staff thanks for the great experience.

Never going to Meineke ever again! I made an appointment on aug. 2 to get my car inspected. I got a confirmation email aug. 2 at 6pm telling me specifically what the appointment was for and at what time (aug.3 @ 1:30pm). I show up and they tell me they cant do any more inspections for the month. Its the 3rd of august! and they cant do any more inspections for the month?! You gotta be kidding me! THEY HAVE 28 MORE DAYS OF AUGUST!!! Thats when they started in on the excuses. They tried to tell me it wasnt their fault yadda yadda yadda. THEY HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL! They could have said SOMETHING before I drove all the way over there and took time off of work. They lost my business forever.

Great Service! // I had a scheduled time to have shocks replaced on my wifes Enclave. The guys walked me through the pros and cons of the shocks at the different price levels so I could pick the right ones for what we do with our SUV. They were fast, friendly, and very affordable. As I was getting ready to leave, I was sold on their character. A guy called in for maintenance work and the tech asked few questions and determined the issue was likely covered by warranty...and suggested they call the dealer to confirm before coming the Meineke to pay for the work. That demonstration of ethics spoke volumes to me. Ill certainly be back.

Upon walking in the door, I was greeted in a very professional manner. The guys working here were very respectful and got my truck pulled into the shop within minutes. Reasonably priced for the job that was required to get my truck back on the road. What really stood out was the communication between the employees and how smoothly they correlated the work. I also noticed in my previous visits how prior customers were handled and taken care of which was a shock compared to my interactions with other mechanic businesses in the area. I am keeping my business with these guys!
