El gym esta muy bien, lo que no me gustó es como trataron a mi hijo de 2 años, me dijeron que estuvo peleando y cuando llegue x el lo tenian en un corral para bebés, mi hijo solo entiende el español y ahi todas hablaban ingles, jamas me dijeron cual fue el motivo de la pelea y las 2 muchachas que estan enfrente en las mañanas ya miraban a mi hijo con cara de pocos amigos, no se mira que tengan paciencia con niños y aunq yo se que no es una guarderia ofrecen a cuidarlos asi deben estar al pendiente, me dijeron q si me siguen llamando para recogerlo 3 veces mas y ya no podra entrar mi hijo ahí, y eso no lo dice en las reglas del lugar y tampoco en la hoja que firmas cuando pagas, si ellos ya no pueden recibir a mi hijo en el kids club yo ya no podré asistir. E insisto que deberian tener a alguien q hable español es cada área, realmente un asco de gimnasio, no deberian ofrecer el servicio de cuidado de niños si no tienen la paciencia y su manager Gilda una incompetente que no saca de ningun apuro No lo recomiendo si son amas de casa de quieren ejercitarse y no tienen un lugar donde dejar a sus hijos porque las cuidadoras solo los soportan por 10 min.

La verdad me gusto mucho pero loke nome gusto fue donde cuidan los niños noles ponen atencion mi bebe estubo llorando desde ke lo deje y estuve parada un rato enla fila para recojerlo y el llorando y nunca mire ke se arrimara una de ellas con el porke nome yamaron ke no parava de llorar en ese sentido tienen muy mal servicion mi bebe tiene 4 años y nunca me le pusieron atencion para nada nisikiera fueron para buscarlo y entregarmelo tube ke gritarle parake el solito me mirara simplemente las personas ke estan al cuidado de los niños no asen vien su travajo

I get its a new gym with a lot of new equipment, but its like every other gym where they try to take advantage of you by taking as much money as they can. I was scheduled for a "free check up," which was a waste of my time. The trainers didnt even train me, just put me on a running machine for about 30 mins until another trainer came and took me into their office. Thats when they start shoving down more plans down your throat and pretend to care about your goals, but in reality they dont. They just want you to pay for weekly training that its $300+ a month. Its outrageous and stupid. If you dont say yes they just shrug you off. Id suggest better gyms that arent as packed as this one. The people who go there are such assholes too. They stare you down, look down on you and laugh at you. Its not a very friendly environment. I regret paying $30 a month + $40 annual fee + 1st time member free. Go somewhere else.

Staff is nice but their contract is ridiculous you get charged maintenance fee on July 15th every year which is ridiculous I just signed up with them not even a month before July 15th and I got charged the maintenance fee which is $43.25 without any notice, the charges as they claim it is in the contract but I dont have a copy of it and I was told by the staff That its in the fine lines and its initialed lol also to cancel your contract you have to write a letter a certified letter to some Department that I dont know the address to in order for them to cancel the contract now they do claim it is a month to month but it is not its a contract, do not get fooled by the cheap price you get what you pay for I highly do not recommend it at all. Took 20 mins to get someone to talk to me. Only one person at the front desk. ZERO staff on the floor except the people trying to sell memberships. You can not buy any kind of electrolyte fluids or even a bottle of water there. Only water fountains that have been having sweaty people on them all day. Then to top it off, it was like the guy was trying to pry my wallet out of my pocket. Nothing about what I was looking for in a gym or how becoming a member there could help my health. Staff was borderline rude when I told them I would have to think about it and tour a few more facilities before choosing one. Think I will keep looking for a better gym, the fancy new machines will be beat up in 6 months and management seems very poor there.

I have to say It was an unpleasant experience to hear I have to write a letter and mail it in to cancel my membership, I was told by the gym desk to contact corporate office and see if there was anything they could do to accept my cancellation via email or fax due to my situation and having to move out of state because of an emergency / my safety at risk . Of course, I received the same response I must mail a letter to the address in Webster, TX in order to cancel service and it’s a 30-day process. That is just INSANE what are we in the 1990’s. This was not explain when I signed up of course .

I wanted a guest pass because I am already a member elsewhere and they said they didnt give those out. Then at the end they gave me 10 passes to give out. I said "so there are passes" to which the response was yes but you have to be given a pass from someone else. Well my fault then for being new to this area and not knowing anyone who could give me a pass. Then they ask you to write down 10 friends phone numbers. As if we dont get enough Robo calls and telemarketing lets add one more. Line in the front gets long really fast because theres only one person checking you in. I did not join.

I visited this location for the first time yesterday. As a personal trainer, Ive been to more gyms than the average person and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. This place exceeded my expectations across the board! It has everything machine to target every muscle you can imagine. Clean facility. The only complaint I have is that I have to drive from Dallas to Mesquite to get there, but definitely worth the travel. All this for $10 bucks a month! You are not going to find this deal anywhere in Texas. As soon as my free pass is up, I will be joining.

I wish zero stars was an option. Horrible customer service from front desk staff and manager was even worse. When I signed up I was told that I could bring a guest each time I went however when I went today and tried to bring a guest I was told that I could only have one every 4 months. So when I asked to cancel my membership the manager gave me the wrong mailing address to send cancellation letter too. Would not recommend anyone to this gym. Also parking is horrible if you go in the afternoons.

I had a membership at the Garland location and loved it. The 24 hour opening worked great with my late schedule. I liked the separate ladies area and loved the sauna. My only complaint was the difficulty I had in canceling my membership when I moved to a place with no locations nearby. The process was tedious and required at least 30 days to complete. In the meantime the monthly fee was still being taken from my bank account despite the fact that I was no longer using the gym.
