Looking for a "great Cleaners", Star Bright Cleaners is #1 here in New Braunfels,Tx.. My husband and I have used Star Bright Cleaners since they opened their location on Common Street, several years ago. We are "extremely satisfied" with the quality of work preformed each and every time. Their drive through service offers fast working, friendly and efficient employees, which we have come to love. I go here because its conveniently located by my house. They do a fine job on my clothes. Its a bit more expensive than the cleaners I used while living in Austin. However, thats not my gripe. Most of the employees are very friendly, but one blonde lady working in the back is constantly got a bad attitude. Its dry cleaning! How can you possibly be so pissed? I dont want such a negative interaction everytime I pickup or drop off clothes. I plan to start going elsewhere.

I took my new Lucky Brand shirt to this location. They lost said shirt. After weeks of "looking for it" no one has contacted me with any sort of resolution. It was suggested to me that I have to prove I dropped off the shirt for a partial reimbursement. Bottom line: if you have shirts valued over $27, dont take them hear. You might not get it back. You might not even get an apology if you dont get it back.

The girls at this location are fabulous! Theyre fast and always friendly. Dont plan on switching cleaners anytime soon. Highly recommend StarBrite. Theyll definitely take good care of you. :)
