I would give less stars if it was possible. I dropped off 7 dress shirts for dry cleaning. 3 shirts returned with 2 holes in each one, that had to have happened during pressing. All 3 shirts have it in the same general location. For the past 2 months I have tried to reach management, Arlene and Jeanette, and neither returned my calls. I was offered store credit for the amount to replace the 3 shirts. Why would I want $210 in store credit for a business that does not have good business practices? Why would I continue to bring my shirts here to continue to get damaged then turn around to replace them myself because all they offer is store credit? I was offered for it to be repaired by their alterations lady a month ago, that never happened. Today I was told she no longer worked with them. Do not bring your clothing here, unless you like being ignored after you receive bad service. I tried patiently waiting for 2 months. I was rude to the young ladies at the front desk, its not their fault they have terrible management. If you do bring your clothing here, you will notice that there is always new employees. That is a sign of bad management. Take your business elsewhere. I will be taking my clothing across the street with Dutch Bros Cleaning. I hope service is better there.

Dropped off an large order on Monday morning to pick up Wednesday. One pair of pants not ready. Was told check tomorrow. Just called still not ready, maybe by 5pm. Unacceptable, need them now, then told they would be ready by 1pm. Was also told no work was done yesterday due to an boiler inspection? I am not happy with it taking Monday to Thursday to get a pair of pants to a suit dry cleaned. This should not take this long, stain or not on the garment. This has become a big inconvenient for me now to wait until 1pm. Maybe its time to find another dry cleaners.

First time going here. Arrived Saturday at 830 and was told boiler was broken and they could have my shirts back to me by Wednesday rather than by 5pm same day. And they still have a hiring sign up, as someone else previously mentioned. Need to get their act together. I know I wont be going back.

Apparently the coupon they offer on the HEB receipt has to be given when clothes are dropped off, not when you pay for them like any other business. Shirts came back like it was someones first time pressing. No thanks, Pilgrims may be a little pricier but at least its done right.

Super good service and my clothes got that "extra starch treatment". Exactly what I wanted. Not as many Asians working there as I usually like and I did find mouse turds in 2 of my pockets but I would highly recommend this business!

Ive taken several dry cleaning orders here, including suits, and they have done a good job with them. Everything is ready when they said it would be.
