We have been bringing my husbands dry cleaning here for over a year now. He recently had the pants hemmed. We didnt notice that they only hemmed one leg. I guess we should have checked when picking them up but they looked even so why would we think they didnt hem both legs?! We noticed the other day something shiny at the bottom of the pant leg. they had just been pinned on one and hemmed on the other. We are thinking no big deal. Mistakes happen. WELL... My husband goes in today to resolve the issue. The man gets insulted that he coulnt possibly have made such a mistake. Demanded a receipt. Well since this was a little ways back we had already thrown it out. The man was irate! Started accusing my husband of lying. He said well " how do I know you didnt just ask for one leg to be hemmed?" Even if my husband had severely uneven leg lengths the other leg was pinned to the same length and not hemmed. He was swearing , pounding his fists on the counter and screaming at my husband. If i could give zero stars I would. Up to that point we had no problems. But that incident was insane. The man was out of control. Lets say we hadnt had these pants hemmed there(which we did) the right thing to do in customer service would be just Im sorry we will fix this. Especially when it costs just a few dollars to do it. We have spent hundreds of dollars in dry cleaning there. We have never even tried anywhere else since moving here. So do be so disrespected, screamed at, swearing and pounding of his fists is completely inexcusable. I wil be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and adding a yelp review. So disappointed.

Beware of taking delicate clothes for tailoring! Took my Mother of the Groom dress for hemming (combination polyester and chiffon) and, since I had not taken clothes there before, I asked if the owner if they had experience with handling these type of fabrics, he said that they had a lot experience tailoring prom and all special occasion dresses and did "very professional work". So, feeling confident they knew what they were doing, I left the dress. When I picked it up the following week, the (chiffon exterior fabric) hem had many folds and, consequently did not hang right. After seeing that I was not getting anywhere with him, I looked carefully at the hem and suggested he have the hem pressed while lightly pulling on the fabric, surprisingly, he said would. Went the next day, the pressing had fixed the fold problem but now the front of the dress had what appeared to be grease or oil stains. He claimed he could not see the stains but when I asked one of his employees (who agreed the stains were visible) what she would suggest to get the stains out, the proceeded to tell her that I had only paid for tailoring the dress!!!. I was beside myself, this was a new CLEAN dress that I paid $236 for, plus the $43 I paid them! I had no words to left in me, and I just left because there was no offer to remove the stains. To top things off, after I got the dress home and hung it up, I could see that the front hems do not match up with the back ones!!! Somehow, I will figure out what to do about getting my dress ready for the wedding, but, again, think twice before having your tailoring done here!

HORRIBLE!! They charge twice as much as other cleaners locally, but you get what you pay for, right? WRONG. I dropped off several work shirts to take on a business trip. One was returned to me filthy (I have never gotten a shirt that dirty, so it was dirtier when they were done with it than when I dropped it off), one had a broken button and one had shiny circles down the front where they pressed the material on top of the buttons. There was no time for them to be fixed before my trip. When I came back, I complained about the lack of quality and the high price. At no point did they ever apologize or make any effort whatsoever to make me happy, even with the filthy shirt. As a matter of fact, when I mentioned that if this was an example of his quality, I would not be able to bring any business to them again. HE AGREED THAT WAS A GOOD IDEA! I never raised my voice or was rude in any way. I simply showed him what they did wrong with my clothes. I was amazed! BOTTOM LINE - go anywhere else to pay less money and get better service.

At first I was thrilled to find a cleaners with such friendly service. Unfortunately, they are terrible cleaners. Not only did they ruin a bunch of our clothing (looks like someone didnt check all the customers pockets before putting clothes in the machine, I know this happens because I worked at a dry cleaners for 5 years) but they did not even press our press only items. AND we ended up with pants that didnt even belong to us! When we confronted the owner about the situation, he called us liars and said we were just trying to rip him off. He also said people come in complaining about the same thing all the time. Well, take a hint, man! Maybe you are at fault! All we wanted was the services we paid for. He was unapologetic and refused to try to rectify the situation. This kind of terrible service makes me miss our hometown cleaner. I normally dont leave poor reviews, but I would absolutely NOT recommend this cleaner!

Be careful or they will rip you off. They have a sign out front that says bring in 3 pants and get the 4 pair free. When I went in to collect my dry cleaning which included 4 pairs of pants, I mentioned the sign out front. They acted surprised and said they need to take that down. No free pair. Then they said that it was last months special. I said, it doesnt say what month it is. Then they said you have to go on the internet and download the coupon. I said it doesnt say that either. When a business cares more about money than standing behind its word, I look for a new place to do business. I recommend you do the same.

OWNER ACTUALLY LAUGHS WHEN YOU TELL HIM IT WASNT DONE RIGHT AND DOESNT OFFER ANYTHING IN RETURN...JUST SAYS "well, it was your fault or it was ours, I dont know" and then laughs as you walk out because you had to pay anyhow. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I have had no serious problems with their service. They usual are on time with doing the job and they have very friendly staff. I had one small issue with a button on a new pair of pants I turned in. I brought it to their attention and they were going to replace it right on the spot. I picked it up two days later though with no issue.
