Had the most shocking experience with this cleaner. Turned in over ten dress shirts and several pairs of dress pants and was told upon pickup that one of the shirts had been torn. Clerk would address the issue with the manager...followed up and not only did they not return the money paid to clean/press the shirt but gave back the ruined shirt with the comment that they would not replace it since according to the manager the shirt was old and had signs of repair...their idea of signs of repair were the dual stitching up the middle of the back of the shirt that kept the back pleat flat and in place...absolutely RIDICULOUS!! The shirt sleeve is torn at the shoulder in a way that simply cannot be repaired and of course they didnt bother to iron it LOL The fact that it wasnt busy and a majority of the items hanging were comforters really should have been a warning, but exceptionally poor customer service

I dropped off a few white collared shirts for the starching service. After examining my shirts, I noticed one of them had a rust mark on the collar. I confronted a younger gentleman that works in the afternoon shift and he did not have a sense of urgency to fix my issue. I had to take time out of my busy schedule to stop by the next day and speak with a manager. The manager said my shirt would be fixed in a few days. I then stopped by a few days later to find out that my shirt was still not fixed, and the rust mark was still visible on the collar. Rather then offer me cash for the ruined shirt, the manager simply handed it back to me and said thats the best they can do. No sense of urgency about my situation, ruining my shirt, then I have to deal with bad customer service? This place just lost a weekly customer.

THEY REFUSE TO CLEAN LEATHER! Called on 09.19.2011 for some information. A young lady answered, and informed me they do not clean any leather at the direction of the owner. Sucks, considering theyre close and I needed to get a black leather coat cleaned for the holidays. Due to this, I simply wont use them...but the customer service was great. They informed me to try Comet or Dutchboy.

They have the best prices in the area & provide same-day/next-day service. I had a shirt with a stain that couldnt be removed, but they took care of it! The owner is very hands-on & personable.
