I came in having issues with the engine overheating, after having an accident with the serpentine belt the previous day. I explained to them what happened, they popped the hood open and took a look inside, they explained to me what was wrong and how the serpentine belt messing up cause all this other things, but thank god it was a simple solution. Great customer service, they even called a shop to bring us the piece we needed so our car wouldnt overheat on the way over there. Overall it was a great experience, nice and kind people with great customer service skills; would highly recommend.
