I just happened to stop by on my way to another auto parts store thinking I could check it out. My battery was bad and I so dreaded having to get it replaced. Going to auto parts stores has always been something Ive had bad experience with since I really dont know that much about cars. However, when I first walked into this store, they immediately greeted me. They took care of me and actually went above and beyond and replaced a light that another auto part (o--I wont tell which one!) store refused to do. Very respectful, courteous, and the service was excellent. This is definitely the place to go!

Employee on the register (older fellow) had me jumping through hoops just to get a refund when I only needed my phone number to search their records. A lack of communication and regard for customer service on his part.

Piss pore place to get parts o rd work, the manager Raoul is horrible at either solving customer issues or handling employees problems. Do not apply here for a job and do not buy parts orilies is just down the road.
