In May, I went here because I had a coupon for a discount on an oil change, however, left the coupon at home, so just paid full price for synthetic. The guy at the clerk asked me if I wanted to have my tires rotated, I stated yes, and he tried to add in a wheel balance for 60 dollars a tire, but they were doing a promotion for 20 dollars a tire (i believe theyre done at ntb for that same price w/o a promotional). I declined the offer. A little after, I left and came back, the car did get its oil changed (I checked). and I left. I found out that my cruise control system was no longer working, and that my dashboard lights were no longer working either. I had gone back to the shop, and it took roughly 2-3 hours as they were low on staff, and there was a storm and amazingly. there were 2 people in front of me. They had stated that it was not their fault as the components were at a different area than that of the oil. they were concluding it at the fact that a diffuser or cord was busted and would cost around 60 bucks. A week later after that, I ended up trading my car. I did tell the person that the cruise did not work... He took a look at it, and found out that it just was just disconnected. he also got the dash to work... waiting time there was ridiculous, and I was going to pin the faulty issue on just a coincidence, however, they apparently did not fully conduct a review, and it took 2-3 hours for them to not figure out is was just a disconnected item... I gave it one star as they did give me oil. which was the service initially asked for. the clerk is friendly, however, when you want your car fixed... you want it done correctly. 1 star removed for the wait. 2 stars removed for not fully taking a look at the car. 2 stars removed for having me come back and claiming it wasnt yoru fault. Going there while on cruise control, and leaving w/o it... very unlikely it was a coincidence. I had called them the around the time they opened the next day as I picked up my car quite last prior when i got an oil change and didnt want to bother them.

My car didnt start one day and after I got it jumped, I took it in here. These guys said they found an issue where the radio module in my car was drawing extra power from my battery. They stated I needed a new radio and a new battery as it is "half dead, half alive." I paid over $100 for them to tell me this information. They then proceeded to try and sell me a $125 "industrial" battery and leave my radio unplugged so it didnt draw from the new battery. I agreed to leaving my radio unplugged but did not want the overpriced battery. So, I paid my bill and left. The next day I took my car to Wal-Mart to get a new battery. The guys there wanted to do a test first before selling me a new one. They said my battery was fine and I did not need a new one. I hadnt tried my radio since the day it was disconnected, but for some reason I did at that moment... and come to find out my radio was NOT unplugged. I called the shop back to ask what happened and he could not tell me why the radio was plugged back in. "Maybe the technician decided to be considerate and give you your radio back." Wrong answer. When I mentioned that my battery was fine, he reminded me "Do you remember me telling you it was half dead and half alive...??" Yes, I remembered, but no I dont necessarily believe it. Ive driven my car pretty heavily the past 5 days and Im going strong. I wont be back here.

I took my 99 camry to get an oil change and the state inspection test done. I made a mistake by leaving it there while I went down to Hobby Lobby. Before leaving I let the manager know that I would be back in a bit he asked me for a number they could reach me at in case they found something wrong. I was very confident that they wouldnt since my car has always received maintenance and its always ran great - never failed me. Anyways so I gave him my cell number. Well when I got back about 30 minutes later to pay - thinking everything was fine - the manager tells me my car did not pass the state inspection! Apparently according to him my car was leaking power steering fluid.. he tried to get me to pay an exxtra $25 so that they could put some type of dy in my car to be sure where the leak was coming from .. yeah right I didnt pay for that. I ended up getting it checked by my father in law- he washed under the hood to clean it up a bit.. there was what looked like a little oil but no leak was found. It could have just been from my last oil change idk.. the point is my car was fine.. went back and it passed! They just try to take advantage of people! DONT GO THERE!!!

I have never seen such TERRIBLE shop in whole life. Absolutely un-professioal, dirty and un-reliable. Going there for any of your car woks is like attempting suicide. I went for state inspection, they found my one tail light has some issue and told me I will have to replace both as it comes in package and total cost would be $450. I knew that I can order it online for $100 for both and install it myself, but I wanted to give them business. He said he would get in 30 minutes from nearest warehouse and call me. I paid $200 deposit and waited for his call. After 2 hours of wait, I called from near by restaurant that I can;t wait anymore, I need to go now and refund my deposit. He said please come and we will refund you. When I went to get my deposit, he refused it and said it is not refundable. Neither you will get your money nor my taillights and told me that I just lost $200 for nothing. I have called my credit card and despute the charges. But would anyone believe that someone can do this?? MUST AVOID THEM...

The customer service representative that greeted me, as I was walking into the store, was kind and extremely helpful. He would be the only 4 to 5 star person in the whole shop. Now the other employees there were down right awful. They were smoking cigs in and around dangerous flammable liquids and did not seem to give a rip. As a customer, I am expecting you to look professional at your job, The employees in the shop looked like hoodlums. Now I went to Meineke for an preferred oil change, and the workers their seemed to not care about my vehicle at all. They left my air filter sitting on the back side of my engine compartment(not where its suppose to be),and decided it was ok to close the hood without making sure everything was where it was suppose to be. I finally realized something was wrong when I looked at my hood and it would shut all the way. I would not advise anyone to go to this store. The only thing they having going for them is their guy up at the front who greets you with a sincere smile.
