The location is super hard to find. I called four times and nobody answered. Thought they were all busy but they were all just sitting there when I walked in. Their automated system said its located in target shopping center, its not. Its across Target near handstone place. Theres no sign facing south so you cant see their location. Finally seeing a representative, she said they cant take MO post date before todays date. I said thats funny, Ive never heard of that before because usually you have to go get a MO first to pay for something. Then she changed it to they dont take money order but their website states they do. They also said they dont take regular passport photo size. But she was just too lazy to cut up my picture to 2x2. When I told her to cut it up, she changed it to cant accept it because I showed teeth in my smile and made me retake passport photo with them to pay more $. Thats funny, I showed teeth in my actual passport photo. They didnt say you cant show teeth in photo on their website. Overall experience was horrible. I feel like they lie to make money off you. Im glad I dont have insurance or any other products with them.

They used to offer nice to decent service about 2 years back but since then I have just noticed the service standards to be very very low. As other commenter have suggested the agents are really lazy. I went to renew my insurance and asked the lady on the front desk and she asked me to wait. After 15 mins I asked her since the office was all empty on "how much more I will have to wait" -- The answer was "I have emailed them but they have not replied to it yet" ?? I mean emailed the agents sitting beside you !! cum on ??? R u kidding me !! On my re inquiry she went and asked the agents sitting idle if they can attend to me and the answer was "we are waiting on someone". The worst experience I have ever had they should hire better agents. I do not blame the lady on front desk as she was just doing what she has been told to.

I came in to get notary service, in & out in less than 10 min. The lady even offered me an ice cold water bottle with outside temperature at 101 degree. Looking at other reviewers on this office, I must be very lucky. I agree with them on one thing: this office does NOT answer the phone. In fact, there is no option to speak to someone at this office. I called through the headquarter of Texas AAA & asked to connect to them but unsuccessful because I was told "the office had a high call volume". Therefore, I had no choice but to stop by. I was the ONLY customer walked in during peak lunch hour. How ironic? I gave them a high 4 star rating for how I was treated. For sure, I will stop by when I am in town next time

Came to sign up for auto insurance, and got Claudia. Worst experience ever, she DID NOT know what she was doing I was adding the numbers up for her and she was trying to sell me the highest coverage ever and when I told her no, she said oh it does matter its only 10 dollars more. And when I told her I just want to focus on auto and renters insurance she kept trying to sell me life insurance, for a free water mug....what idiot she was, she was the WORST, if you ever go into this office make sure you do not get her, she could care less about you she just wants her commission.

I have always been a fan of triple a but this place. . . They never return your calls and you can call literally 10 times in one day and always leave voicemails and nothing. I waited 2 days and nobody ever returned my call. I went into a different branch and just cancelled my policies and went elsewhere. I cant believe an insurance agency doesnt return calls and or return emails. Ridiculousness !

Worst place ever. People here never pick up phone. Even at office no one ask if you need any help if you walk in. Better to contact online customer service than this place. Horrible service and rude people. People here enjoying time to gossip/lunch and wait for their pay checks. Owner will lose this business soon for sure. So dont waste your time and go to better place.

I have had this insurance company for a little more than 2 years. I recently had an accident with another driver, did a claim and ends up thats its my fault! Even though she hit me by behind! Now I have to pay out of my pocket to fix my vehicle which is a 2016 model! Have never had such and experience with an insurance company

They dont return calls or emails ... Not really helpful . Decided to cancel my policy and look somewhere else . There are other insurance companies that will treat you with respect , dont have to deal with this bad service.
