Do not choose AAA. I thought it was good when I chose it and switched it from Geico to AAA. They were nice when you tried to use their insurance, but AAA has the worst customer service after you being their customer. There are many mistakes in their documents. My membership card shows it is plus service, but when I need to toll my car, they told me it is only basic membership. My tolling service was only 3 miles / tolling instead of 100 miles...... That is funny, because I will never found out if I did not check it. When I tried to cancel the insurance because I sold my car. I could not cancel it through phone. I had to email them or fax or mail to them for cancellation. I sent two agent for cancellation and never got any feedback. I have to call them again for confirmation. Right, they will charge 10% for cancellation........ At the end, I found the policy number on my insurance card was wrong.....before I wanted to cancel it. The most important thing about an insurance company is that when you had a problem they can help you. If AAA just wants to sell their insurance and never take the responsibility and tried to avoid the responsibility when you need them..... Try to avoid them first.............. I choose Gieco for my new viehcle and guess will never choose AAA again.

I rarely rate places on google, however I read others ratings all the time. A friend suggested I call AAA on Hebron as I was getting dumped by my other car insurance for a small accident (bumped into a wall!). My old insurance grilled me about my accident, I think they thought I was lying. Called AAA on Hebron Parkway and the team quickly put together a CHEAPER quote, and they never doubted that I did truly accidentally back into a wall. They never hassled me to purchase, always returned my phone calls or emails quickly, and made the process almost too easy. Additionally, the consulted me about the fact that my parents own my car and that they are liable for all accidents.....and that in order to protect assets, I needed a bigger liability policy then what my previous insurance encompassed. They explained the pros and cons (a little more expensive, but if the unthinkable happens, Im covered). They were truly looking out for my best interests....exactly what an insurance agency is supposed to do. THANKS GUYS!!! Highly recommend (unless you want to drive yourself mad looking for car insurance.)

I have to say that I think the negative comments on here are outdated. When I signed up for insurance through AAA 2 years ago (recommended by a friend because of all the additional perks/discounts of being a AAA member) my customer service was outstanding. The agent answered all of my questions, "what-ifs" and discussed a plan that was right for ME. Every call into this office with questions was handled promptly & professionally as well. And lastly, but MOST importantly, when my spouse was involved in an accident this month, (other drivers fault) my AAA agent walked me trough the process of contacting the other insurance agency and educated me on the process of filing a claim as well as informed me of my rights so that I could make sure that I was not taken advantage of by a lesser quality insurance company. I cant tell you how much it meant to me to have someone that truly cared helping me through this scary and yet frustrating time. This is exactly why Im taking the time to leave a review! I appreciate the guidance and I highly recommend this Lewisville AAA office to anyone/everyone!

Today (Saturday 12/20) I called one of your insurance agents for information about adding my son temporarily to our auto policy for the holiday season while driving rental car. The agent said that she will call me back after researching the issue. I did not get a call back eve after about 1.5 hours. When I called back the answering service said that the office was closed. I am disappointed about your office not keeping its word. I am considering transferring my insurance to more customer friendly business. Arun

Monday morning. 11 am. I walking distance in... ONE other customer working with an agent. Three other employees... no service. I walked out... I guess they were too "busy". When I told them I was leaving they told me they would "give me a call". Dont bother kid... Inferior service seems normal. At least they try to upsell you insurance and credit cards while you wait....

Clear, concise answers and amazing service! Insurance is a highly complex business... for me, anyway. The rep who helped me was super patient and answered all my questions in a way that I could actually figure out whats best for me! Not only that, but she recommended options I hadnt thought of - both to save me money AND protect me. Thank you, AAA!!!!

Fantastic Customer Service! Ive never had an insurance company go above and beyond as much as AAA Texas at Lewisville did for me! They return all my phone calls and answer all my questions. The quoting process and switching from my old company was so easy, they handled everything! I highly recommend them!
