Do Not Make any Business In this place! I took my car for an oil change and state the inspection service. They told me it should take about 45 min to complete both jobs. I left the shop to have a lunch and came back two and a half hours later. I gave them more time but No kind of work was done yet! They told me that one of the mechanics was sick so all the jobs are being delayed. He asked to leave my car then theyll take care of my car first when they open the shop next morning. I said "O.K." and left my car, next morning I was waiting expecting they will call me as promised. There was No Phone call until 11:00 in the morning. so I had to call to check if the jobs done. The clerk answered the call and told me they had a wrong number so couldnt reach me, instead of hearing my car is ready for pick up he said my car battery is low on voltage and it needs to be replaced. He offered it for $99 + tax and so on. Since I had to do to work I told him Ill bring it in once again next week. Now I asked him if my car is ready. He said "Yes, it is ready!" I told him that Ill pick up my car in a half hour. I went to the shop about a couple of hours later after I talked to him over the phone. WTH! It was Not ready and they have not done any service until I showed up!!! ??? Now the clerk told me their machine is broken so they would need more time. What???? I decided to wait in the shop and about 30 min. later it was ready. It took only 30 minutes but I had to leave my car for 27 hours! Anyways, I brought my car back and now I found that my car makes really hard start up showing a new problem that I didnt have it before I took it to this place. Another thing, they put wrong license number on the Inspection Report. What kind of people are working in this shop??? They really dont know what comes first to customer service and to running a business. They just keep lie to customers to cover up their laziness and mistakes. I know all Midas shops are under different individual ownerships but this was my very first experience with Trust the Midas touch. Please, DO NOT GO to this place!!!

Very dishonest! Since the car had been in for brake issues ($375), we decided to let them fix the defroster too as it would no longer blow out the on the windshield but would just blow out the dash vents. They charged us over $500 for this, but as we drove away it was obvious it was still not working. After complaining to the manager, he invited us to bring it back, which we did. They wanted to charge another $500 because they had to break down the dashboard again, but after some discussion with the manager he agreed to lower the charge to $250. He quoted the price for the new part and we authorized the sale. When we went to pick up the car, they tried to charge us $400 because the part they quoted us was wrong and they had to get a different part that cost more. They never called us to tell us this. So all in all, they wanted over $900 to fix a defroster that wouldnt blow on the windshield. All of this for a blend door part that cost less than $100. They kept the car three days total, so we had to bum rides from family. I will never take our car back here nor recommend this store. Take your money and car and RUN from this place!

These guys have saved me so much money over the years. I took in a car with less than 36,000 miles 2 years ago and the owner suggested that I make sure the repair item was not under warranty. Sure enough, it was a warranty item, and it was repaired at another shop (dealership) for free. Same car, fast forward to summer 2013. Grapevine Ford tells me I need new brake pads on all 4 wheels along with my dead master cylinder. I call Midas to get a quote before allowing Grapevine to do the work. Grapevine Ford wants to match the price on the master cylinder but not the pads. I let them do the Master cylinder work and take my car to Midas for the pads. Funny thing-my car does not need new pads - - AT ALL! Ryan and the owner at this Midas are honest. They could have reconfirmed the lie that Grapevine Ford service sold me, but they would not do it. Over the last 10 years, we have had 4 different vehicles up to this particular shop and have not ever been done wrong or had problems. I highly recommend them, especially for their integrity. And on the flip side, dont go to Grapevine Ford unless you are desparate!!

$368 to change the brake pads? Seems a little steep. This is without getting the hardware replaced. It was also the price after the $100 discount. The only new parts were the pads. This price did include turning the rotors. This is for an 05 Pontiac G6. When the OWNER of the business called me to give me an estimate, he told me the thickness left on the pads. I asked him what the minimum was. He told me that there wasnt one and he recommended replacing them as they were "pretty thin". Interesting. When I picked up the car, it had the minimum thickness listed right next to the numbers he read me. Minimum thickness was .030 my thinnest pad was at .092. Yeah, they needed to be replaced soon, but he should have answered my question and not acted like I was stupid. Originally dropped off the car to have the rotors turned for 55 bucks since there was a slight shimmy while braking above 50 mph.

Went here to get an inspection. The guy at the front desk was very rude and it made me very uncomfortable. He was rude to not only me but others on the phone and customers inside. I had to come back because my inspection failed which was fine so I figured maybe he was having a bad day and it would be different when I came back. Nope. He is just a rude person. A guy came in and wanted an oil change and his response was "not gonna happen!" Just like that. I guess they didnt have time because they were busy but the way he says things is very rude he could have said it way differently. Bad business. I looked at other reviews to see if I was the only one who thought he was rude and it looks like Im not. I will not be returning here.

Ive only gone here twice so far, and I already have decided to be a reoccurring customer. The staff is so friendly, the owner/receptionist is very helpful and willing to work with you over price and problem. I went in today around 11, and even though they didnt have any openings until 1 p.m., he knew I couldnt stay and wait that long. So he managed to squeeze me in and got my oil changed right away. He talked to me the entire time I was in the waiting room, and before I knew it, my car was done. It took less than 30 minutes. Its excellent service and definitely a place I plan to keep going as long as I live here. The prices are better than other auto places Ive been to as well.
