THIS FIRESTONE MUST BE CLOSED. (I left my first review about 2 years ago. Now, I am in the same boat stupidly. Because my buyer wanted to get car inspection, the other places are closed today.) The big guy is at the front desk. I dont know his name. He must be store manager. He tried to cheat me, the buyer, and even my car. He fabricated cars info and estimated fixing costs. He gave me paper, it says there needs to be $2700.00 for fix. So, I asked him who took care of my car and got him. KeXXXX was the guy. I asked him what was the main problem and what is leaking from where? The guy said, "I dont remember exactly, because I fixed hundred of car today." I open the bonnet and let him see. He had no idea what he has to say. BECAUSE THEY DID NOT EVEN OPEN!! (The buyer, his friend, and I saw nothing such as hand or glove marks and dust is still there.) Then, the manager took the inspection paper and threw away to the trash can. I MEAN THE PAPER WHAT MAKES MONEY FOR HIM!! THE UNFAITHFUL MANAGER ASKED "WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME?" So, I requested inspection fee and got out. Hey, Manager, you!! You must be honest!! It is NOT for your customers!! It is good for your sons and daughters and family!! So, they are proud of you. Unfortunately, I will never be there. I can sue you someday. Be ready. ps: to KeXXXX. Please quit the job and find the other places that they do not make you lier.

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!!!!!!!!!! Did that get your attention? I wouldnt suggest using this Firestone location to anyone. They told me that I needed several things including a new transmission, all 4 new tires, and all new suspension components. They even had the audacity to price out all these items when I simply had gone in to have an alignment done (its easier on an alignment rack). The funniest part is that I am an ASE Master Mechanic and the items are all in good working condition, the tires have over 24/32nds left on them. I called them out on it and they didnt seem to care. I talked with the district manager and he stated that these were all "suggestions" as to what needs to be addressed. Seeing as how I have told the highest level of employee about this continual abuse of customers, I am confident that their company model is terribly toxic. Dont use this store, even if you have a coupon.

Completely unhelpful. I had a back tire with a large whole and filled it up with just enough air to make it there with an hour before closing. Wouldnt even consider helping out because they only had an hour left! The fix would have been 5 minutes. My second bad experience. The first was bringing a mb s 550 with a tire issue. They wouldnt replace it unless I bought all four new tires from them. Took it to the dealer who happily replaced just the one. I would not recommend this location

Ive been going here and a few other Firestone locations e for years bc my roommate worked at one. He no longer does, but Ive never doubted the service so I keep going back. This most recent visit, they did so much! Front brakes, inspection, oil change, all new tires, and an alignment. Walked out very happy with the cost considering the amount of work done. They did forget to reset my parking brake, but I called and they told me just bring it in and theyd take care of it. Super nice guys.

I have read all the bad reviews here, but we tried this place after a going to 3 competitors (1 dealer and 4 independent repair shops) for some fairly expensive repairs. they were not always the cheapest but they were usually pretty close, were always dependable and fast, told me what needed to be done and showed me when I questioned them. Every time I called around for another quote to confirm their price, they were dead on. I recommend them.

Been using this place for several years for basic work and diagnostics with great service for the price. Took daughters car in 4/9/17 as the car was moving around some on the highway. The Tech found a bolt loose on one of the Tie Rods. Tech tightened the bolt and test drove the car to make sure it was ok. When i picked up the car they said no charge. Nice to see an honest company doing good work for its customers.

Came in to get a tire repaid because of a slow leak, I tried to explain the problem to the guy at the counter but he completely ignored me. So I spent over an hour and a half before he comes back and says they cant find a leak. I insisted on explaining what the problem was so they finally listened to me and 2 1/2 hits later there still not finished. They did find the leak exactly where I told them they would

I just got here after a phone appointment. Both the telephonic response and the on-site approach was stern.. the place itself is the standard professional "Firestone." I have been to other Firestones so I recommend this place be a bit more welcoming to increase the comfort level of this place....Im awaiting the response on oil change and full-check. Will review and feedback again.

They did the state inspection, place the sticker, but didnt report the passing status, so now I cant renew the registration online. They didnt even give me the passing certificate and say they dont have a copy. I have to do the inspection again, which I will obviously do somewhere else. Is this what they call customer service?

These guys are always great. I went there this time to drop off the car for a huge noise coming from my front wheel it was almost not drive able or safe to drive, the service manager came out to look at it and did his magic, within 2 minutes loud noise was gone and I was on my way without any charges. :)

This place is a joke, the technician purposefully broke the nozzle that sprays the windshield wiper fluid and after my oil change the engine light came on, do yourself a favor if you want your car keep it away from this location. The technicians dont know what they are doing. Very poor service.

Went in for a front end alignment. I had an appointment. Service was quick (about 45 minutes) and the price was what they quoted over the phone. They showed me the specs before and after the alignment. I cant speak to other services, but am very satisfied with the work that was done.

The sales people here are strictly by the book and dont try to upsale useless things. They will give you a list of suggested items and tell you whats important amd whats not so much but leave it to you decide what you want done. The service is always pretty timely and done right.

This store always tell me to replace this or that. For example, the break pad. Fortunately I did follow what they said. 2 years later, I went to another store and asked the guy to check my break pad, they told me my break pad is good. What a joke.
