Do not use this place!!!! They are awful and incompetent. I went there on April 30 to get an International Drivers Permit. While there, I mentioned that I kept getting renewal letters. They looked into my account and said that it was still active. I asked them to send me an updated membership card. Never got it, but I continued getting renewal letters. I called them a couple of weeks ago and left a voicemail (because no one ever answers the phone). Surprise, surprise...No one called me back. This morning, I had car trouble and called the 1-800 number and they said my account was expired. I explained my previous visit and they said they had no idea. So, I just went by the office again to figure out what is going on. They looked up my paperwork from my initial visit and said "huh, were not sure...it WAS active but it was cancelled on May 23". So they sent me back to an agent to get it straightened out. When I got back to her cube, she asked me what I needed and at this point, I lost my patience. I asked her to go speak with the other lady. Id already explained it to three people that day. I heard the other lady telling her that my account had been cancelled somehow, but when she came back, she said my account was expired and asked me if I wanted to start a new account. ARRRRRRGGGHHHHH!!!!! Why on earth would I want to START A NEW ACCOUNT if I already had an active account that was paid for!?!?!? I said Nope, I sure dont....I dont want anything to do with AAA anymore and left. Its a shame that AAA is getting a bad name because of this office. Overall, I think they are a good company with good services and discounts, but I am now looking for other options.

It took me over a week to get a hold of a senior travel agent. I left multiple voice messages with no return calls. I had used AAA a few years back to plan a trip and the lady that helped us was excellent, so I was hoping this was just a busy week and so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Well, on my last call into the office, Amy a senior sales rep finally picked up. When my husband and I met with Amy for some guidance on our Hawaii trip, we were happy that she was so knowledgeable and friendly. She told us that she would gather some more prices and get back to us within a 24 hour period. This was Monday, July 19th and its now Wednesday, July 28 with no response. I left her one message on her cell phone a couple of days ago regarding our meeting and once again she never returned my call. Im a very easy going person but this has been a terrible experience. But in the end it worked out for the best, I just booked my entire trip (hotel, car, airfare) off of travelocity and saved myself $800 from the price she quoted me on the same travel itinerary.

Ive had AAA for about 5 months now. When I was buying a new-used car, I went looking around for the cheapest rates (previously, I was covered by Geico), and AAA had them. Due to the initial membership fee ($50 or so) I couldnt switch right away; the agent I talked to called me a couple of times, and when I told him "Look, I cant switch right now, Ill call you when Im ready." He left me alone until I called back, and got myself set up. When I called Geico to cancel, they gave me a retention offer that was pretty close to AAAs rates, but still not as good. AAA has been wonderful about working with me, and the membership services are great.

Called for several maps and a Trip Routing. Talked to Carmen Robinson and she was absolute excellent in helping. Got the info a few days later and everything that we asked for. Carmen R should be commended for doing such a good job for AAA Arlington Texas. Kudos to Carmen!

Took multiple calls to get anyone from member services. Left messages that were never returned. Amazingly enough the Travel & Insurance desk answered right away. Items that they were supposed to mail me, never showed up. I do not recommend them
