On June 10th I made an appt for 1:30 to have an alignment done on my vehicle. I had planned on using a Groupon as I have several times in the past. I got there a little after 1230 since I was in the area and wanted to see if maybe I could get lucky and see if my car could be fit in earlier. When I pulled up there were 5 mechanics standing around in the bays talking and 2 were moving cars out of/into the bays. I walked in and stood in the lobby for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come into the lobby and acknowledge that I was there. (Mind you everyone saw me pull up) Someone finally comes in and asks how they can help me. I inform him that I have a Groupon for a wheel alignment and that Ive made an appt for 1:30 but that since i was in the area I was going to see if I could get it looked at earlier. He cuts me off mid sentence and says that they dont accept appts on Saturdays. I let him know that I made the appt through the website and that the Groupon specifically states an appt is recommended. At this point he cops an attitude and says "we are very busy today and we dont accept appointments on Saturdays." I leave the shop, get a refund on my Groupon and give the corporate office a call and file a complaint. Im told that the information will be passed on to the franchise operator and that Ill receive a call within 48 hours. I want until Wednesday the 14th and call back to find out why I havent heard from anyone. At this point Im told to call the shop directly and ask to speak to a manager or the franchise owner. I ask them to let the franchise owner know I really want to speak to them. Im once again told that in 48 hours someone will be calling. I wait until the following Monday the 19th and call the shop directly and ask to speak to a manager. Im told that one is not available but that they would take a message. I give them my name and number and tell them its important but I dont give them the reasoning. As of this moment I still have not heard from anyone. My advice to you is look somewhere else. Thankfully this meineke is in no way indicative of others. The one in bedford by where I live is amazing and Groupon or not Im glad I made the decision to change franchise locations. Judging from all the horrible reviews this place keeps getting and the shady way the employees great customers I hope this place closes soon.

Had a 7:30 appointment for an oil change... Got to shop just before 7:30 and there were 3 people already there ahead of me waiting. 8:00 all 4 of us still waiting... After 2 people ahead of me left my car went back... (8:05) luckily for me 2 left. The 1 person that was in front of me asked why there were no cars going back till now, he was told they had a late start. What is the point of getting an appointment if there wasnt anyone there to work on your car??? 8:25 car still in bay.... 7:30 both appointments still waiting. 8:30 one oil change done, Im next... 8:50 my oil change done, asked mechanic if my tire rotation being done he said no. 8:55 was told my car was done. I asked Scott at the desk if my tires were rotated he asked me.... He didnt do it?? I told him I would have to come back again... When I asked him why did it take 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change he told me everybody showed up late today. I told him I was going to be late for my work today also... I will update on the time to get my tires rotated. Maybe I shouldnt make an appointment... Just pulled out and turned on windshield wipers to clean my window there was no fluid in my windshield wiper. Went back in and asked him if topping off my fluids were not covered? Scott said he didnt do that either and I replied no. I say did he even change my oil with synthetic he looked at me like I was crazy. I said well he didnt rotate my tires I paid for that he didnt top off any of my fluid I paid for that how do I know he even changed my oil? I said I used to come here all the time Im not going to come back here anymore and he said well then dont. Great customer service! I dont know what happened to this place but it went really downhill. I will pay someone else to rotate my tires and I will fill up my own fluids before I come back here again. I did give it three star because of people can be late for work by no fault of their own. After all Im late for work today. Im changing it to a one wish I could put a 0.

I was there 2 weeks ago for a basic oil change. Apparently they recently hired back a manager that used to work there before. It was my first time there. I can do my own oil changes, but Id rather not have to get my hands dirty if doesnt really save money to do it at home. I had an appointment at 8:30. They did not pull my car in until 9:00. It took them 30 minutes to change my oil. What is the point of an appointment? Anyhow the worst part is they had a list of work I supposedly needed. They said that my front brakes were really bad and if I do not change them soon then it will destroy my rotors. So, I went out and bought new ceramic pads, went home and pulled my front wheels off. I had at least 75% of life remaining on my pads. SHADY manager trying the upsell the unknowing. They also said that i needed to flush brake fluid, when I knew for a fact I had flushed it myself a little over 1 year ago. Stay away if you do not want to get conned into doing unnecessary work. Manager and workers trying to get their numbers higher for a bonus.

On 08/07/2017, I purchased the Living Social promotion "Meineke — One synthetic oil change package with tire rotation and four-wheel balancing" and scheduled an appointment 08/08/2017 @ 4:30pm. They completed the service in about 2 hours which is fair since they seemed quite busy, however when I got home, I noticed my tires have not been rotated at all which means they didnt perform the balance neither. Secondly, I noticed the sticker they applied that shows notes what mile marker was only set only to be 3000 miles from today which means they didnt put synthetic oil in. I paid for a synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and wheel balancing, and all I received in return is just a regular oil change!? How does this happen??? I called and Scott told me that the sticker thing happens all the time, but they did put the right oil in but am I supposed to know? I cant even trust they did it right and how will I know they will do right the second time? Very frustrating!

I came in on 08/21/17 dropped my car off advise i needed a wheel alignment. Purchased the 45.00 Alignment off of Groupon. I dropped my car off at noon as i did a call ahead to advise i would be dropping it off. I get there at 4:20pm to pick up my car and the front office guy advised me "oh the alignment machine was down" I asked is there a reason no one called me? his response "oh i dont know i thought that would have very nonchalantly. This is not ok when my husband uses the car for his Job and had to take off 8/21/17 due to the vehicle not complete. I will return back today b/c this is the closest place near me but i will NEVER use this company again. I have been here twice and each time theres always a issue. I wont return for a 3rd trip.
