Outstanding Customer Service!!! Where do I begin? -The waiting room is nice. They have a television, small coffee bar, and a fridge with water. The bathrooms are kept clean. -Eddie at the front desk is on top of his game when it comes to customer service!!! -The work performed on my vehicle was actually what was needed--honest folks here. I came into the shop on a Monday around 8:30 am with my 2 kids (3 years old and 2 years old) in tow. I went to have a much needed alignment done on my vehicle. Upon arrival, Eddie told me there were some folks ahead of me and it would be another 2 hours. He saw that I had my kids with me and said if I would like to do errands and come back around 10 am, he would get me in at that time. I sure did use that time to get some grocery shopping done and headed back! When I arrived, as promised, Eddie got me right in. Once they inspected my vehicle, they found that I needed some additional work done. (My husband is a former mechanic and he was aware that this was legitimately a needed repair.) We ended up spending another 3 hours at the shop. Now, anyone who has ever had to sit in a toy less waiting room with two toddlers would understand my pain. Lol! However, Eddie was so warm and empathetic to my situation. Thankfully, there werent other people in the waiting room...or if there was, they werent waiting for very long. He even changed the television from Top Gear (a car show) to Home (animated kids movie) to keep my little ones entertained. When Home finished, he offered the remote to us so we could select something else to watch. He didnt mind when they moved the chairs or pulled out brochures to "read". Its the little things like this that make me appreciate Eddie. Most shops wouldnt even give a second thought to the fact that I was outnumbered by tiny people who need to be active and entertained, but Eddie was so incredibly considerate! A few days after the work and alignment were done, Eddie gave me a follow-up call to make sure we were happy with the service and see if everything was alright with the car. They officially have a loyal customer. I went in again this week to have some other maintenance done on the vehicle, only this time, we dropped the car off. It was completed by the time they told us.

1. I brought my 2014 Dodge Ram Lonestar into Meineke located at 820 SW Green Oaks Blvd, Arlington, TX on June 30, 2016 at 4:30pm to have an alignment in preparation of a holiday road trip some 550 miles away from my home in Arlington. 2. From my first encounter with the locations manager Craig Sylvis to the last was an extremely negative experience. I returned to the location not once but twice after leaving providing them sufficient opportunities to address my concerns. I stated to both the Manager and the Technician that something was desperately wrong after they performed said alignment. On each of the separate occasions, I was blown off and spoken to in a very condescending and unprofessional manner (more so by the Manager than Tech). 3. Work performed on the vehicle was done so poorly that it could have costed my family and me our lives. 4. I’ve made several attempts to work with Corporate and said location to come to amicable agreement in accepting responsibility for their wrongdoing, to provide a solution which is both ethically and morally acceptable, but more importantly to adhere to the quality and service standards required to ensure the safety of their customers. Arlington location has yet to apologize or admit to any negligence when another Meineke location attempted to correct what the Arlington location created. This location also assisted me in making both Corporate and Arlington location aware of the shoddy work they performed. 5. After my experience with the location I decided to do some research and have recently learned there have been several negative reviews on said location and their business practices. These occurrences often entailed them charging female customers more than males, claiming vehicle needs a repair that it does not (also in my case), overcharging and overstating work that was done when that was not the work performed. 6. Corporate location in North Carolina is fully aware of these circumstances and refuse to assist consumers in not falling prey and becoming a victim to their predatory actions and utter disregard for human life in performing their subpar work.

Veterans day November 11, 2016 I called Tuesday November 8th to make an appointment for the Veterans day "free" oil change. I made sure they offered high mileage and that I could make an appointment seeing that others would take advantage (and so they should). He took my name and PHONE NUMBER and I figured that was it. Friday I walk in, greet the gentleman who I addressed behind the counter and heres how the conversation went verbatim: Me: "Good morning, I have a 9 oclock appointment for the veterans day oil change." Him: (cracked a slight grin) "Im sorry but I have 50 cars here already, I cant honor your appointment. You should have called." Me: "Sir, I called and made an appointment Tuesday." Him: Theres no way I can get you in today, you should have called. Are you a veteran?" Me: Yes, and I made an appointment Tuesday. Ok! (Left the store pissed) Heres my thing, I have no problem paying for an oil change. Its just the principal. I called Tuesday and was granted an appointment for Friday figuring I wouldnt have to wait. I also needed a pulley or fan belt looked at because the squeak is driving me bananas. Get there and its a different story, no courtesy call and no respect in person. My time is important to me and so is customer service. This Meineke had one job to do and the ball was dropped and shot multiple times. I called corporate and the young lady I talked to did her best to get me a "rain check" appointment and when she couldnt, I could hear the despair in her voice. Real customer service in North Carolina. I also decided to call back this Meineke and try and get a print out of my appointment but they claimed they had no trace of it. Do yourself a favor and dont spend your money here.

These guys absolutely just saved the day for me and my 3 year-old son whom Id just picked up from an all-day therapy session for kiddos w/ special needs when I noticed my Jeep was leaking profuse amounts of oil at a rapid pace. One of the managers Matt Hoover greeted me at the car, I explained our situation and that my son was on borrowed time before a major meltdown. He and the team then proceeded to make every effort to get our vehicle in as quickly as possible even though there was a wait. The lobby and waiting area was killer!! Fully-equipped with super-comfy reclining TV chairs, huge mounted flatscreen TV, gratis water and K-cup coffee!!! When my son got bored, they drove us to a nearby McDonalds play land to kill time. All-in-all, Matt and the crew made us feel like we were priority número uno. Hands down, this crew is about serving the customer. HUGE props to this newly-opened business and best of luck! Go check them out next time you need oil, alignment, tires or repair work.
