I dont do a lot of reviews. Recently, I needed a mechanic as my mechanic of over 20 years had retired. We all know how uncertain it is to find someone trustworthy. Well, I believe I found just the shop. My cars throttle stopped working after a bad jump. Unable to find the cause on my own, I had my vehicle towed to A Fixed Auto Repair. Its a small local shop. I spoke to Austin on the phone and he calmed me down as I was stressed out over the car troubles. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem without performing unnecessary repairs. Turns out it was just a couple of fuses that were blown by the bad jump. I pulled at least half the fuses under the hood and under the dash and could not find the culprit. Well, thats why you pay someone with the experience to find out what you couldnt. I suppose that I could have found it with more time at home. I dont have a backup vehicle and I needed my car to work. So, basically I was charged for a diagnostic and a couple of fuses. Super happy! If I ever need a mechanic in the future I am bringing my business to this shop. Did I mention that they gave me a ride home and then picked me up when the work was done? Customer service is alive and well. Thanks Brian and Carol!

Every time I ever ask anything about my car, Brian always gives me an honest assessment. Even if he hasnt seen it and hes talking to me over the phone, I have been taken care of the best ever concerning my car. He only fixes what he knows needs to be repaired and never over charges.
