First of all, I am a long time customer of this CB shop that is located in S. Arlington. I bet over the years I have over 5 grand worth of repairs and maintenance work done on 5 different cars. Now, I guess I should thank this shop for getting me off my duff and doing the work myself because of the so - called 2 year, 20,000 mile warranty on the so - called brake job these guys NEVER did. In Jan of 2014 (72,000 miles) I had a 4 wheel brake job done (pads, machine rotors and grease front bearings) and it came to almost 500 dollars. December 2014 (81000 miles)I go back in because I had some severe grinding coming from the front left brake and the rotors were getting scored because of bad pads. After inspection, I was told that none of the work that needed to be done was from defective parts or workmanship. I advised them that the brakes parts and the repair were under warranty and they needed to fix the front left brake. I was told that I also needed $1100 worth of other work done on various parts of the car and that the warranty only covers defective parts and/or workmanship. I advised them that the pads wore out at 11000 miles - that would be bad pads. In any case they would not honor their "warranty" for crappy brake parts and I was going to have to eat the damage the crappy brake parts/faulty installation did to my rotors. I will never take a vehicle back to any of your shops for so much as to put air in a tire and I am going to tell everyone I know what kind of "warranty" you really have. BTW....to all that read this....order your stuff online Then watch social media on how to put the brakes on and BAM! You saved $400. I replaced the front rotors and pads with high quality parts. . .just watched how to do it on the internet.Thank gawd for social media videos. Garages like this will go out of business because they cant rip people off anymore. ( After I inspected the old pads, I concluded that they were so worn out that there was NO WAY that 11,000 miles wore them down past the shim. CB will say that you can do that if you ride the brakes - just a BS excuse not to step up. Thats ok...Im done with them and you should be too!

They did a wonderful job on my wheel alignment, and was pretty cheap too. Didnt have to wait very long, and they did a free check on the entire car and was very low pressure on making us change anything. They were very pleasant and very helpful. My car is doing amazingly now. EDIT: Went in for an alignment for a different car and it took an hour after my scheduled appointment for my car to even get onto the lift. Secondly they were unable to do the alignment because I needed extra parts which I understand but I was quoted an outrageous price. I do all the work on my car myself (cant really do an alignment without the special equipment) and there is no reason that a pair of camber plates installed should cost near $1000 dollars. For $200 dollars Im going to install the plates myself and go back to have it aligned on their fancy computer but thats it. TL;DR First experience was fine. Second was horrible. Slow shop time, car wasnt even put on lift till an hour after appointment so whats the point of an appointment. I was quoted very high so be weary.

Ive been there twice now to have 2 different vehicles serviced. The staff was friendly and courteous on both visits. I observed the staff while waiting to see how they dealt with other customers and they are very customer service oriented. The facility gets an A+ for restroom cleanliness. The prices were pretty competitive tending to be less than other well known competitors. On my second visit to take my car in for an alignment I was astounded to hear that I did not need an alignment. I was fully prepared to pay for one. They actually looked at the car twice when I expressed my concerns. Who out there these days wouldnt simply take the money regardless? I suspect not many. They have Christian music playing at low volume in the waiting area which is a nice change compared to other Automotive shops Ive tried in the last year or two. Truth be told folks, I will recommend this facility to anyone who asks if I know of an honest place to go for car repairs. Thanks guys!

I found Christian Brother Automotive after a random search on the web because I was completely frustrated with my regular garage and needed a second opinion. It only took 1 phone call with Austin to make me realize that I had found a good place to come to. Austin has superior customer service skills and I could feel the anxiety draining away after 1 conversation. My 14 year old car is not as bad as I thought (gee, thanks former garage people) and Christian Brothers did a wonderful job on my car. I am so very excited to have found an honest place where employees have integrity and a desire to assist the customer. The courtesy drive home and back to retrieve my car is an outstanding service - Thank you so much!

This was my first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive in south Arlington . The staff was very cordial and friendly, they even offered me a cool refreshment while they investigated the reason for my check engine light being on. When I was informed about the recommended repairs and that it would take a couple hours before my vehicle would be ready the offered me a ride home, and it turns out the business owner is the one who gave me a ride a home! Christian Brother Automotive made me feel very special, and I KNOW they valued my business, and respected me as a person in every aspect. I HIGHLY recemmend Christian Brothers Automotive to anyone looking for a reputable place at a great price.

Got new tires and needed an alignment. They were recommended by the tire shop. I took that recommendation as I had no idea where to go. I was very pleased with the service and will be back for any future services I cant do myself. From the initial call to make an appointment to the drop off and pickup, everyone was respectful and easy to understand. They gave me a rundown of the work performed. The repairs were completed in the estimated time given. Good fair prices. They gave me a list of recommended service based on how many miles I have on the car, I declined at this time but will be back later for some other services. No pressure no dishonest sales tactics.

A/C quit blowing. Took it here and paid $99 for diagnostic. Was told I needed new blower motor, blower motor resistor, and evac and recharge of the A/C. Quoted $1100.00. Seemed like alot. Called pep boys on Cooper and was told for blower motor and blower motor resistor - parts and labor was $446.00. Evac and recharge not needed. I paid my diagnostic fee, went else where and got repair done. Have nice cold A/C for half the cost. Sitting in the car with it blowing my face as we speak. That is my first try at using them. I may go back but definately felt I found a better deal on this repair else where.
