Went there to get an alignment on my 76 corvette. I told the guy named Kyle that I was gonna get a 454 put in it and he said after its in to bring it back and theyd look at it again and give me a discount. Charged me $75 for the alignment and I was on my way. I set a 8am return appointment. When I came back with the 454, I was stilling till 9am before they even looked at my car. Also, Kyle was no longer there. Now it was some guy named Matt, the new manager. He says hes going to honor Kyles word because Matt was there when Kyle said it. Matt says the alignment is all wrong and says hell do it for $40. Then he says that the alignment really is an all day job and insinuates that if I do leave it there its gonna be way more than $40. I start questioning that and the mechanic comes up behind Matt and says its really not that bad, just the toe needs to be adjusted. Matt has this look like "pay no attention to the man behind the curtain". Then Matt tells me theyre setting the alignment per specs on a 78 vette. I remind him its a 76, tho Im sure 78 and 76 are the same. But since I have a 454 in it the alignment should be set to a 74 corvette. I get to taking a closer look and they are actually setting my specs to a 84 vette, which is a different body and frame entirely (C3 vs C4). Matt ignorantly says theyre all the same. Then Matt tries to upsell me on a $45 oil change. He had originally told me it was going to be $24, but no, since I want conventional oil its $45. I tell him no way, I can go down the street and get an oil change with conventional for $15 or over across the way for $18. He says thats not true and if they did then they arent changing my filter. I tell him hes wrong, he says Im wrong, I tell him hes wrong. This little exchange happens in front of other customers. So he asks me to go with him outside the lobby and tells me he can do the alignment for $45. I tell him what happened to $40? He says its $45 now because he was gonna give me this "huge" package deal -yeah whatever. I give him this look. He says $45 or you can take it somewhere else. I told him Im taking it somewhere else. Moral of the story: avoid this place as they cant honestly set specs to the right model, they are over priced, they still try to nickel and dime you despite being over priced, they dont honor their scheduled appointments, and they dont honor their own verbal quotes; if they cant charge you on a package deal, the price goes up on a single item. I wasted my whole morning thinking these guys are some sort of good quality and in the end they treat their customers like trash. I did end up going down the street and getting my oil AND filter changed for under $20. Ill never go back to Midas again, and in particular dont trust anything Matt says or does.

These guys are officially my "car guys"! I moved here from the Midwest and my car was really starting to show it: the rotars, exhaust pipe, and struts were rusted but I wasnt ready financially or emotionally to get a new car. The brakes were kind of an all afternoon project but because they had to order the parts.. I happen to have work with my in the car so it wasnt the end of the world. My pipe: I came in the day before I was going to go out of town to find out how long the work would take.. I planned on bringing it in before we left to give them the time to work on it while I was gone.. I came back first thing in the morning and long before I left town I got the call that not only was the work done but hed found a way to fix the problem for half the price!! Im still saving up to get the struts replaced. I was nervous to go into a car place without a man standing next to me because Ive had many places try to pull one over on me but Ive been treated with nothing less than the highest respect here and Ill be recommending them to everyone!

They give your car the Midas touch all right... a few months ago I went to get a simple oil change and engine filter change. As I was waiting in the lobby the supervisor or manager walks in a few minutes later and tells me that a coolant tube has broken on the car. I asked how did it break? He said the technician accidentally broke it but because the part was plastic it was already fragile.... he then gave me the figure on how much it will cost ME To replace the tube they broke. Their argument was because my car wasnt brand new they wouldnt replace it. Now Ive worked in the car industry for years with some of the most highly regarded names in the exotic cars. Ive worked in dealerships for parts and service I have never had a customer done wrong this way. If we broke it we would fix it. Dont go here. They will not be responsible for the things they did wrong.

I have been to many mechanic shops, and this shop falls under one of the worsts. I think, because I had this coupon for free tire rotation and 29 dollar oil change deal, these guys were unenthusiastic to service my car. I kept waiting and waiting looking out through their glass window; all I see is this Hispanic looking mechanic smoking and walking round in circles. It took them more than 3 hours to do just an oil change and tire rotation. Then again, I found out my car starts vibrating. I complained but they were in denial. I just gave up with them and didnt want to waste my time. Very unprofessional. ..

I purchased a tuneup along with additional suggested items, spending close to $750, & my check engine light came on same day. They stand behind their word that the tuneup was done. Had the vehicle looked at by various service departments to get a better idea of the problem, however the only finding, was a need for tuneup. They stated i declined a diagnostic when one was done both times, consisting of the same code. I trusted them with my vehicle and they just ripped me off.

I took my car here because I had a coupon for a discounted oil change. Everything seemed to be going well, and the service rep told me it would take 10-15 minutes as there were no other customers in the store. However it took far longer than this almost to an hour. I was later informed that they did not have the proper oil filter for my car and were trying to get one to the store. Other than this the service was pretty good

I took my vehicle in because it couldnt pass inspection, and they did a very good job of explaining what was wrong, and what needed to be fixed. I felt like they were honest with me every step of the way and they were never condescending towards me, even though I know very little about vehicles. I trust their judgment and work and definitely plan to go back if I ever need automotive work done again.
