I am so happy with my service at Christian Brothers!! I was at the one on Justin Road in Lewisville. They got me in right away and repaired the car in a timely manner updating me along the way as to how it was coming along. I never felt pressured to get extra things done to my car, but I did feel well informed of the problems my car was having. I felt the employees were truly sincere, caring, and honest. I would send my family there for service, and I will be back! Ian was my mechanic and I believe he did a thorough job and and was sincerely concerned for my safety and peace of mind. he is a jewel!!Tim received me when I arrived and took his time listening to my fears about my car and assuring me that they would repair everything that my car required to be safe;he kept me updated daily to discuss repairs and to allow me to make the decisions concerning work to be done. Andy was a delightful young man who first answered my phone call and made me feel like I was in good hands. He drove me to and from the rental car shop and was a kind and caring man. I prayed before I selected a place to repair my car and I know God answered my prayers! I truly experienced the love at God throughout my experience at Christian Brothers. Thank you, thank you Tim, Andy, and Ian!!!!Sincerely,Betty BoriackI am so happy with my service at Christian Brothers!! I was at the one on Justin Road in Lewisville. I brought my car here for Air conditioning work because I didnt have time to work on it myself. They successfully diagnosed and repaired the leak, replaced the evaporator and the expansion valve, then replaced the dryer, recharged and told me it was ready. I went to pick it up, and noticed a loud screech from the belts as I headed home. So I stopped, called my ride that dropped me off, and returned the car to them through their night drop. The next morning I called and asked them to check the pressures and make sure it wasnt over-charged or the pressures were too high, causing the compressor to stop turning and make the belts squeal. (This was the 6th time in 2 months the car had been charged with refrigerant, and its never squealed before at all.) They called back a few hours later and said it was fine, probably just the expansion valve opening for the first time. (Expansion valves dont open and close, its just a small orifice to create a pressure differential.) I told them Id rather they be sure, because I had to take the car back to Arizona that weekend. They said it was fine, and that if I ran into any problems in Arizona, theyd take care of it. So this past week i was in Arizona, pulled out of a parking lot, dealing with intermittent squealing every so often, when the pressure relief valve blew, creating a giant cloud of oil and refrigerant all over the windshield. After spending 30 minutes on the phone with their warranty company, they sent me to a tire shop that says the condenser is clogged, which caused the pressures to go up. The same pressures that they told me were fine. On top of that, the only thing that I know of that will cause clogs in an ac system is beads of silica from a bad AC dryer. But that part was replaced, and had never had a problem until that time. However, since they didnt work on the condenser, the warranty company refused to warranty the repair. Update: Christian Brothers found out through their warranty company that the repair wasnt being covered and asked for the story. I told them what the other business had found and told them that I was planning to repair the condenser myself next time I was in Phoenix. They offered to pickup the cost of the condenser and dryer if Id provide them with the invoice, which is very fair. I do admire their customer service and Ill update as soon as the whole situation is resolved.

My only concern in writing this review is that Christian Brothers will become so busy that Ill have problems getting an appointment. When we initially moved to the Flower Mound, Highland Village, Lewisville, Lantana area several garages were recommended to us as reliable----not the case. Discount Tire referred us to Christian Brothers as being the only repair facility in the area that they would recommend and we only wished that we had found them a lot sooner than we did. Christian Brothers is the type of repair place where you make an appointment to have all your brakes replaced and get a call saying that they only needed cleaning and can go another two or three oil changes before needing replacement-----unheard of in most places. They run all repairs through you before beginning anything, and will give you a priority of what needs to be done asap and the timelines on others. I trust them completely and wish more companies ran their businesses like Christian Brothers. As a side note, the waiting room is comfortable, clean--more like an upscale motel reception area--even has an ipad available for customers to use. Staff have always been extremely helpful and polite even with my two year old running a muck in their waiting area. Cant say enough, really excellent. A+++++

My wife and I took a 99 Camry that our soon-to-be-licensed daughter will be driving.we asked for a full safety check as well as repairing an issue causing the check engine light to be on. Th facility is very clean and comfortable, they provided a courtesy shuttle so we could leave the car there and every person on the staff was poetry friendly and always had a smile. They diagnosed and repaired the issue causing the check-engine warning. It was nothing more than a disconnected vacuum tube. Another shop quoted us $500 - $800 for the same issue. All the work they performed, including extensive diagnostics to locate the disconnected line under the car, an alignment, and the detailed safety check was less than $200. Thy also brought several maintenance items to our attention, explained them clearly and did not pressure us into any additional services. Respect, honesty, and quality service. How often do you find all of that at an independent auto repair shop? Were thrilled to have tried them out and will be back for all our auto maintenance needs.
