I bought four tires from Firestone in Allen Texas few months back with the warranty plus the road hazards. I got a Nail one of my Tire, I opened the wheel and took to nearest Harwood and Bedford location this afternoon around 1:30 pm 31st December 2016. I took my tire and put outside the shop,(aroundc1:30 pm aturday 31st 2016) went inside ,After more than 30 minutes waiting time Lady asked me ,May I help you? there was only one Customer ahead of me, Then I told her I got Nail of my rear right tire , she went outside check the Tire, spoke one of the mechanic, came back to me took me outside by my tire gave me some lame excuses and told me this tire is not Fixable. She came to the computer checked and found on my tires has road hazards warranty , She gave me a estimate it will cost you $140.00 Dollars +Tax. I told her no thank you , I came two blocks down on Harwood and Euless a tire shop and It cost me to fixed my tire $12.00 Dollars and the most amazing thing was , soon I parked my Car one of their sales person ran to me and asked me , What can I do for you today ? WOW!!!!! he took out the wheel out of my trunk waited 20 minutes and ready to go:) and do you want to know something ? That guy said I am sorry for the wait. They are extremely busy but in 20 minutes I am ready to go. and Firestone in Harwood Bedford, I had to wait 30 minutes someone come to me and ask me, how may I help you ? What a Lack of Service.

This is a rip off place and with an attitute and uncaring manager (David). I stopped by this place on 8/1/13 with flat tire. They couldnt fix the tire, and told me that I need a new tire. They prorated my new tire and told me the tread depth was 7/32 and charged me all kinds of fees (new tire, lifetime wheel bal - parts, lifetime wheel bal - labor, road hazard protection). I ended up paying them almost the price of a new tire at somewhere else. Two weeks later I had to replace my other 3 tires at a different location because the tires had very bad wear on the outter side. I had paid for lifetime alignment with Firestone at a different location but they didnt do it right, causing very bad wear on the outter side of my tires. The tread depth was 6/32 when I had my other 3 tires replaced, and at other Firestone location didnt charge me as much. When I called the manager (David) at this place and told him that he over charged me, and his response was "I cant do anything about it!" I told him that I wouldnt come back to his place, and his response was "it is okay with me!" If you need new tires go to Discount Tires, Costco, Walmart, or others. It is cheaper and they dont have all kinds of fees. Especially, run away from this place, when the manager has an attitude of no caring about customer satisfaction.

I was nervous to find an auto repair shop that would provide only what my car needed in repairs and service. This Bedford Firestone relieved me of all worries and provided respectful and professional service. Mason was very courteous and explained carefully the problem and solution. I am experienced with auto problems and knew what was probably the issue and the fix, and they did too! Plus the waiting area and restroom were clean, comfortable and hospitable. I employed the on-line appointment scheduler without problems. I will be back for routine maintenance. Update: 10 months later. Had a new problem with my car and went back for more service. Again, I knew what was wrong and they concurred and made the repair with amazing efficiency. Amber was my associate this time and was kind and showed patience with all my questions and debate. I am very pleased with the outcome and back on the road with confidence.

I appreciate the kindness, honesty and integrity of the staff at this location. Kory the current manager recently went way above and beyond in customer service when I had some difficulty getting my vehicle to the shop. They offered thorough diagnostics and helpful in determining if my own vehicle warranty may cover the problem WHICH IS EXTREMELY APPRECIATED and almost unheard of in automotive service world. Their prices for truly necessary work or service are very reasonable and they will work with you. Technician Hassan has also been very helpful. Thanks for the nice job guys... Will definitely bring you more of my business and will spread the word.

Horrible service. just needed an inspection took 45 minutes to do that with no other customers. employee ast desk was on cell phone texting and when I asked for prices on tires or parts he acted like I was bothering him. Failed from 1 tire being down to wear bars. Cheapest tire in stock was $200. Went down the street and got a used one for $70. Came back to get inspection redone 1 person in front of me. All employees just stood around for at least 15 minutes then finally finished inspection on other customers car..said just had to put sticker on and took 15 minutes to do that. priced a part for gf car. $300 for part only...autozone had the part for $109.

I have been going here for years, but there is apparently a new manager who cant manage. I made an appointment for a timing belt, but when I got there, was informed that the only technician who could do the repair was not there. So I made an appointment for the next week. When I got there, the same thing happened! I rearranged my and my mothers schedule for this, two weeks in a row, because its a 6 or 7 hour repair job, and still havent gotten anything done. I dont know what happened to Will, because he was great. I wont be going back.

Dropped my car off at 1:15 to check the brake pads since i was driving to denver thr next day. Informed Ernie (manager at the front desk) i would return in about 2 hours and run errands with a friend who dropped me off. Ernie assured me that was plenty of time. When i came back 3 and a half hours later my vehicle was yet to be looked at. Not keeping my friend waiting, i have now been sitting in their lobby for over an hour and have yet to get even an update on my car. I will never come here again and hope you do the same.

I went in with my older car for a tire rotation and balance, also asked them to check my front end alignment. I had bought nice tires and got a front end alignment from a different store last year. I was told that the right front lower ball joint was worn and they could not check the alignment, quoted $245 to replace it, I declined. What the gentleman behind the counter did not know was 2 years ago I replaced both front control arms which includes lower ball joints. I took it to Goodyear, the alignment is fine.

This Firestone is the worse!! I took in my car around 5ish and they told me that i would have to leave it over night. I needed my battery replaced. They said i would get a call from them around 10 am to give me an update. Next day its 10:20 am no call. I call them and they tell me that they havent even started? All i wanted was a call back so i could prepare myself and find another way to get to work! Didnt even bother to apologize for not giving me an update when i had asked for one when i took it in.
