Normally I love this Autozone location. I went in yesterday and purchased a new battery for my car. One of the employees installed the battery and it still wouldnt start. At that point the employee said "it might be your alternator or starter" and walked back inside. I had to have the car towed to my mechanic. Upon inspection the mechanic discovered that one battery terminal wasnt tightened down all the way. After calling and speaking to the manager, I was told that installation of batteries is a voluntary service that they provide and "they could have just sold me the battery and you could have installed it yourself". At least I would have done it correctly if I had installed it myself. If they are going to offer basic services - even if they are voluntary, they should stand behind what they offer.

Came in about a week ago to get help on painting and a battery set up for my jeep, everyone was incredibly friendly and knoledgeable. One employee specifically helped me for awhile, (i feel awful for not remembering his name but he was a very tall, bald, young guy?) he was just awesome. he walked me through the entire process and as I was leaving he even helped me find a coolant leak Ive been looking for for months! Definitely coming back here for all my future jeep projects, Thanks yall!

The salesman and manager were both wonderful this morning. I went in with a bad battery, but I was bummed because we are about to trade this car in, so I did not want to buy a brand-new battery. They told me a used battery would be cheaper, but I went ahead and bought a new one from them because they said they would install it right then and there. The manager also gave me a courtesy discount of 10%, which was very kind!

Drove to Autozone on a bad battery to get it tested. The guy told me the equipment to test the battery wasnt working for the past 4 days cause it "locks up" when not connected to their internet. Im sorry, this is an auto store that advertises free battery checks, how is this acceptable? Had to go down the street to the OReilly store and they were able to do everything Autozone couldnt.

I came in for a rear turn signal and Kevin not only knew exactly where in the store they were but which one I needed. The part that earned my respect and loyalty to this store was when he came out to my car and replaced it for me. I didnt even ask him. I was so shocked and surprised by this courtesy that is so rarely seen these days.

every time I come in here they only have one damn person at the front and I hear several people in the back... they have a long line and it dont make employees jump... very upsetting. the auto zone closer to my house has always been great with service! not this location though!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE AS ALWAYS!!! Chris M. AND Joe went above and beyond to help me match paint, explain applying epoxy to cracks etc. This is BY FAR THE BEST AUTO ZONE I have ever gone to. IVE lived in 5 states, this location is superb!
